   The food was delicious, the best steaks we have ever tasted! We ordered the Ruth’s classics (surf and turf). The restaurant gave us a dessert on the house for our anniversary (so sweet)! Absolutely recommend.

   We enjoyed celebrating our 55th anniversary. Loved the red rose petals and candle at the table. We were both very happy with the Friday lunch hours. We ordered the Prix Fixe and it was more than enough for us to eat. So good. Our waiter Corey was excellent!

   Beyond disappointing. Quality and taste severely declined from our past visits. We were so deflated that we didn’t bother to complain. Shouldn’t have had to. We won’t be returning.

   Our waiter was kind of rude. He started his greeting off to us with “I see big tippers.” The steaks were blah and my husbands had to be recooked. The mashed potatoes were great and the dessert was good.

   Our daughter's high school graduation dinner. She couldn't decide where to go, I said well let's go to the one restaurant nationally known for par excellence. It was an eye opening experience for her. Now she knows.

   Steak and salad were great! Not the drinks. Maraschino cherries in my Manhattan despite the drink menu saying clearly “black” cherries. When I mentioned it the server returned with the correct cherries. But unacceptable for a restaurant of this quality to skimp on the drink.

    We typically love our Ruth’s Chris visits. Recently received an email our location is now open for Friday lunch and we were looking forward to a lunch with the “bar menu” type food we’ve enjoyed in the past. Sadly, today the burgers weren’t juicy (too dry), lobster Mac n cheese was dried out on top, chewy, and lacked flavor, and the filet steak sandwich was chewy, overdone “bits/leftovers” instead of filet medallions and the béarnaise sauce had an off-putting taste. On the flip side, our server did a good job.

    Went for my husband’s birthday. The steak was melt in your mouth. We got our steaks with the truffle crust and it was amazing. Our server was on top of things. It was a great experience. Be prepared to drop some coin. It was well with it.

    Very disappointed last night to say the least! Dined here in Knoxville and other Ruth’s Chris across the country many times and it has always been consistently good. Don’t know if it was a fluke, but the quality of the beef was extremely poor, tough, etc. Not mention at the end of dinner the coffee was over cooked and insanely bitter. Seems this particular Knoxville restaurant has taken it down a notch or two. Fluke or not, I will not be going back to find out.

    The food was excellent. Well seasoned but not salty. The service was excellent as well. Lucas went above and beyond! The menu was extensive without being overwhelming. And the desserts were wonderful! I highly recommend the experience, and will be coming back soon!!

    Ruth’s Christ reservations made early bring positive consequences ! My 85 year old mom jd a great birthday and Mother’s Day with a view of the Tennessee river ! Bread was great ! Dessert was delicious and our waiter was great. They need to clear table more often ! In the old days there was a sister standing by to scrape your table of crumbs haha - I guess those days are over where you have one waiter owe table but all in all service was good . One table clearer dropped a spoon in my moms lap and startled her but stuff happens

    Entrance was greeted with free Valet parking . Upon entering I was greeted professionally, and seated momentarily. The waiter introduced himself and took our drink order. Atmosphere was very nice. The waiter explained the preparation process and the sides are large enough for 2 or 3. Order was received correct and very hot just as described . Excellent taste and portions. Over all a great experience. The only down fall to this meal was the cost. One person eating a good size steak and 2 sides along with a drink , expect tp pay around $120 , depending on the steak. For me this is only a very special occasion due to the expenses. But a good meal for sure.

    Service was extremely slow, did not get drink I asked for, daughter had to ask twice for condiment requested when we ordered. confused about dessert from what we were told in the beginning. Took FOREVER to get the check and honestly I think he forgot about us. some in our party needed to leave and then he brought the check. very disappointed for the high price we paid. we still tipped 20% but we will no be back
