   Excellent food and Neal as an outstanding waiter. It was an excellent dining experience. Neal was very informative and helpful, It was apparent that he had many years of experience in the restaurant service industry.

   Service was excellent. Darlene was our server. She was wonderful. She explained all the menu items and choices. The calamari was delicious. The table ordered a different side dishes so everyone could share and enjoy the variety. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the stuffed chicken was tender and juicy. Dessert was crème Brulé. It was hands down the best I’ve eaten. This is a great place to celebrate, anniversaries, special birthdays, and events.

   Just spent my 5 year anniversary here, we’ll definitely be coming back! The food was phenomenal, especially the steak. Even greeted with rose petals on the table! Absolutely worth the price.

   Very Disappointed! Dined many times at RC! Waiter arrogant! Potatoes; Spinach; M&C~ cold! And not tasty. Soup was $14(like a cup)! Knoxville RC needs help! Bill was over$400.00 w/tip!! Not a good evening for my brothers 60th!! Group of 4 all felt the same!! Just not good!! And I would loved to say it was delicious ~ nothing was!!

   Wow! This was my first experience at Ruth’s Chris and I had high expectations because of things I had been told. I have to say every one of them were met! The service was absolutely incredible! Our waitress went above and beyond, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and was so attentive and friendly. Then there was the food… oh my word I am not sure you could go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything we had delicious. Overall it was an amazing experience that I hope to repeat soon!

    Restaurant was virtually empty when we arrived. In spite of having a reservation for my wife’s birthday the hostess left us standing for around 10 minutes for no reason and with no explanation. Poor service throughout the meal. Steak was ok but not up to expectations for a high end steakhouse. Side dishes were not served as hot as they should have been. Drink glasses sat empty too long before being refilled. We won’t be back.

    Our visit to Ruth Chris was like it usually is….very good. Food is EXCELLENT, service and atmosphere were top notch. We usually celebrate our Anniversary at Ruth Chris. A little late this year as we’re busy on actual anniversary.

    I go frequently to Ruth’s in different locations as I do a lot of travel. The Knoxville location is one of the best (all locations are truly great) it overlooks the river, very open seating area, greeting staff in the front, servers are great, welling to do anything to make you satisfied. Quality of the meal is superb. Can’t ask for any better experience.

    Service was impeccable! Had an issue w/a dirty wine glass noticed after the server poured wine from a bottle we purchased .. someone was right there on it .. took care of the glass and returned with another glass from the bar with a fresh pour from the bar as well w/o us even asking. As always, Ruth's Chris never disappoints!

    Great place for a special occasion, or just a really good meal! Celebrated my mom’s birthday and it was a great dinner. Considered the berry’s & crème dessert that is not on the menu, and adding spicy crab to your filet (also not listed on the menu, and delicious!)!

    The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very nice overlooking the Tennessee River. Delicious drinks, steaks and crab cake. The broiled Brussel sprouts were okay, nothing special. It is over priced but we expected that.

    We were there to celebrate our anniversary and could not have chosen a better restaurant. We had the chateaubriand (seasonal) and it was melt in your mouth tender with such rich flavor. Not enough words to describe the flavor and texture. It was served on a bed of cooked spinach with garlic that was very tasty. Let's not forget the equally delicious flourless dark chocolate cake with ganache, sinfully good!

    Having not experienced Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, I booked a reservation for our anniversary. We were both really excited. The service is absolutely fantastic! Very knowledgeable and friendly. They decorated our table with rose petals for our anniversary and provided a complimentary dessert. I ordered a lobster bisque and it was okay. It was very nice to have chunk lobster in it, but the flavor was a bit on the bland side. My wife ordered the spicy shrimp appetizer, and that was fantastic! Very tasty! The main dish I ordered the 11oz filet and my wife the 8oz. We ordered them mid-rare and mine was more on the rare side of things. The steak was maybe 4 inches thick, and less than a quarter of an inch was cooked nicely. The flavor was good, but I was looking at maybe 80-90% of the middle was too underdone. Needed maybe another minute or two and it would still be mid-rare. My wife's was the same, but since it was a smaller steak, it wasn't as noticable.

    The service was excellent, the filets were very good, cocktails were very good, the lobster Mac n cheese was not flavorful and lukewarm, potatoes au gratin were good, creamed spinach lukewarm, spinach artichoke goat cheese appetizer was very good. Ruth’s used to be a special place with a special ambience, but now it seems like every other restaurant which was a little disappointing. The staff was very nice and attentive.

    We dined here celebrating my son’s 21st birthday. They made it such an awesome experience. Everyone was very friendly and they even decorated the table as well as bringing him a complimentary dessert. Our waiter, Jameson, was absolutely perfect. Helpful, friendly & engaging without being intrusive. Of course, the food was amazing as always!
