I had put in a reservation a couple weeks ahead and had some small requests. Just a Booth and a relatively quiet area. They delivered on just that. They kept the table clean. And they checked on us a good few times. Definitely going again. Lovely service.

This was our first time back here in years, and we were so impressed. There was a guitarist adding to the overall good vibe. We shared a porterhouse for 2, served with precision and flair. We already booked our next reservation!

Some reason couldn’t get the lunch menu on Mother’s Day. Who wants a giant steak meal at noon? Whatever ordered my usual. Filet was cooked right but no salt, tasted beyond bland. I thought that was bad then I had the shrimp. It was like they never cooked seafood before. 0 salt or pepper on them,Very chewy. Complete joke. I don’t mind paying but when it’s terrible it’s pathetic. Could have went to Texas Roadhouse for a better and cheaper meal

Our whole experience was excellent and the food was delicious. It was our 47th Anniversary and they made it special with rose petals on the table and a complimentary dessert to conclude our meal. Service was top notch.

I was there with my mother and aunt for Easter Sunday and out of all my years of eating at fine dining restaurants this was the absolute worst experience with the worst service I have ever had. I am visiting from Los Angeles and wanted to treat my family to a nice dinner. I am an avid steakhouse diner but actually had never been to a Ruth Chris and I was so hyped about coming. Our reservations were at 3:15 we got seated at 3:30. When we got seated the asst. server, Mark poured us water and asked if he could get us some limes or lemons.. we said yes and I asked for hot water. He never came back. Twenty minutes later our server, Daniel came over and was not engaging.. He asked what we would like to drink and since I didn’t get my hot water, I asked for it again…he then walks away before taking anyone else’s drink order. When he brought the hot water it tasted like coffee not water. We then placed our order around 4 and my mother finally got the opportunity to order her drink. At 4:20 her soda still did not come. We then had to wave down Daniel and remind him about the soda and he had another server bring it 10 minutes later...30 minutes just to get a soda an hour since we got seated. The other server that brought the soda actually noticed the bread was empty and brought back another basket. It gets worse, we didn’t get our food until 5:30. From 4:30 to 5:30 we were ignored, no one came over to check in or to see if we needed anything. NOTHING! We were about to walk out. During this time I watched 5 tables around us that came in AFTER US get their food and leave. The food was good and they accommodated my allergies but my steak was more raw than rare but after 2 hrs I was starving and didn’t want to wait another hour. The staff was friendly but lacked professionalism. It was so disappointing as part of the experience of eating at a high class steakhouse is receiving high class service and this did not come close. I will be reporting this experience to corporate too.

The filet mignons were not cooked as ordered. My filet was medium well when I ordered medium and my son’s was medium when he ordered medium well. My husband’s combo filet mignon came without the shrimp. The meal tasted delicious including the creamed spinach. The dessert included in the combo meal was cheesecake with almond bark and berries. It was amazing and accompanied by delicious almond bark, berries and raspberry swirl. Service was attentive. The waiter was a little impatient when taking our order.

The seafood tower and drinks were incredible as always. Service was a little lacking this time. We actually had to ask for and wait for melted butter for our seafood tower. That was a first. Usually the service has been outstanding. This was the only time that we’ve experienced anything less.
