   College grad dinner and honestly, I wish we had selected a better venue. Overall, Ruth Chris has appeared to have gone downhill in the last few years and I am tired of blaming the pandemic for everything. We are spending good money and expect not only a great quality meal, but an overall great experience. Food quality was good For the most part, but not exceptional like it used to be. lobster bisque had a very bad taste, almost like cleaning solution left on bowl and brussel sprout side dish was mediocre. But what really got me was the length of time tables that were finished eating and patrons long gone, stayed dirty, covered with dishes and glasses for well over 30 mins. The women’s restroom was unkept, one stall broken, no soap to wash hands, toilet paper holder was broken off the wall in one of the two functioning stalls. Again, I wish I had taken my $250 elsewhere.

   Have been coming to this location for years. It appears that the wait staff and management may have changed significantly as did the experience and taste.

   As always, this was a great experience. The food and the service were great. The atmosphere made things just right was a relaxed meal. Our family has begun to consider this one of our favorite places for our celebrations. This was our second time there in two weeks.

   Jad to wait 30 minutes to be sat with a reservation. Steak was cooked wrong on 3 attempts requesting medium. The back of house manager said that they were very sorry and that the meal would be comped. But the front of hoise manages dod not want to honor that. They are lookong for experience manages. Please apply. Terrible mothers day experience.

   Server was great, food was great but I made a reservation for 6:45pm got there at 6:30pm and had to wait until 7:05pm before being seated.

   Two of the four of us had improper cooked steaks. With the price of this establishment we should never have to worry about getting steaks over cooked. We didn’t complain because we were in a business meeting and didn’t feel it was appropriate.

    My husband and I haven't eaten here in years. All was great except the overall service of food was so slow from the kitchen. It was the two of us so we.made.the best of it and enjoyed our dining experience. Sea bass and stuffed mushrooms were fabulous!

    Our server/waiter was Steve and he was amazing!! Food was excellent as always. Took my daughter there before going to the Bon Jovi concert. Loved it and Steve made the night even more special for our daughter.

    We love Ruth's Chris for a delicious steak dinner. This location gets very busy so its best to make an early reservation. The last few times we've dined after 8, we've had to wait 30 minutes or more for a table despite a reservation. Overall though this is a great restaurant and we'll continue to return.

    The steaks at Ruth's are always amazing. The server was perfect. The reservation was at 7pm, and we didn't get seated until after 730, so that was a disappointment, especially when we're waiting and can see empty tables. It also felt like the air conditioning was struggling to work properly. Still worth the steak. The Old Fashioned was 🎯, as well.

    Really bad experience. Salads came out wrong. Steak came out wrong. Service was not good. We come multiple times a year and have never had this bad of an experience

    Elijah was a wonderful waiter. It was Easter, so it was busy and a little slow with service, which was understandable. They seemed to be lacking in support staff, but had 4-5 people standing around the podium most of the time we were there. They should’ve jumped in and helped reset tables, pour water etc. Even some of the management was walking by tables needing busing and not grabbing something on the way back to the kitchen. This won’t deter us from going back, it’s just an observation.

    Made reservations for 9:15, did not get to sit until 9:50 pm. No waiting area. There were many open tables that could be seen while we were waiting. There were four other parties waiting in front of us. Why make reservations if you have to wait more than ten minutes after your reservation time.

    First time experience even though I’ve heard about Ruth’s Chris for years. Food and service were great. Price was on the high side but that quality beef doesn’t come free. The waitress hooked us up with a nice dessert for our two special occasions - our anniversary and my birthday. Will definitely come again.

    Devin was our waiter and he was excellent. He answered all our questions,joked with us and recommended menu items. He kept checking on us even though the restaurant was busy. He clearly understood his job. This young man needs a raise!!! Well done Devin at the Nashville location.

    Steak was over cooked 2x, was way too loud to be able to talk comfortably, service was decent, but we sat there waiting for food to be picked up and glasses refilled a few times. Overall, not as good as they usually are and they were not even that busy.

    Underwhelmed. Bar staff was amazing. Server was good, steaks ok. Extremely agitated by the “dress code” which apparently doesn’t apply to the bar area. A small rip in one knee of jeans required me to “cover up”. Would have been less of an issue if they applied it to everyone. Men in hoodies, women in sports bras had no issue. Seemed a bit silly when our bills totaled $1600+

    Our trip to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse was for my husband's 80th birthday. We enjoy coming here for special occasions. It is nice to have dinner and not feel rushed. Our server was very personable and attentive. The food is excellent. We look forward to coming back!

    Unfortunately we were not allowed to attend our reservation. We were brought to the side and told we were out of dress code. We were dressed up for my Mother's 65th Birthday. They for sure are selective on who they enforce certain parts of the code but I wish I knew the full details on here before I booked. A small patch on a pair of $150+ jeans was not acceptable and my Mom has arthritis so she had on nice sneakers with her dress clothes, dress pants and a nice rhinestone knit turtle neck. She doesn't drink but we had a VIP event to attend after and already had both cars in Valet so the only option they gave us was to sit at the bar so we were left really with no choice. They ended up providing us an appetizer on the house, just was uncomfortable and seeing the other people be sat who were WAY dressed down from what we were just wasn't a great feeling. Bartenders also were confused but were extremely welcoming. Service from the bar was great so I guess it worked out just rather have been at a table for my Mom. Food was amazing.

    They were ready to seat us at our allotted time. Our server was the best that we've ever had in the 50 or so times that we've eaten at RC's...her name is Brianna...highly recommend asking for her! Food was wonderful, cocktails were terrific as usual, and timely. Just an amazing team and experience....strongly strongly strongly recommend this location!!

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday and the restaurant was very accommodating. They provided him with a birthday dessert with candles. The waitress was very nice and attentive and gave us some history about the restaurant since it was our first time there. The steak was flavorful and the sides were big enough you could share them. We would definitely go back!

    Ruth’s Chris delivers again. Food was phenomenal (Four filets, Lobster Mac & Cheese, Mashed potatoes, asparagus) our waiter was fantastic. We love RC, always our family go to restaurant. The only drawback was the wait, we had 8:15 reservation - seated at 8:50 and receptionist ladies were not as friendly and welcoming as typical. We have been to the Nashville RC a dozen times or more and will be back.
