The food was amazing
Love Ruth's Chris. Food was excellent as always however, it was really warm and more air conditioning would have been welcomed. The service was quite slow during this experience, waited 40 minutes for our first course to hit our table. We'll definitely go back however, this experience was less than.
From the moment my husband and I walked in, the hospitality was amazing from beginning to end. Food was absolutely delicious as well.
We eat at various Ruth Chris Steakhouses routinely. We generally enjoy them. This was our first time at the Inner Harbor location. It was very loud, all four of our fillets were ordered medium rare, all came out medium to well. We sent one back it was so well done. The sides were good, our server was forgetful and we waited a really long time for drinks.
It was a literal “ Taste Vacation”. *If you use that you’ll have to pay me. Lol (Not Joking).
Though Ruth's Chris is an expensive restaurant, it is worth it. Delicious food, great service.
13 th Anniversary
Server didn’t ask if we wanted still, sparkling or tap water, they brought tap. Never got appetizer but was charged for it, had to ask them to remove it from bill. My food was dropped in my lap. Forgot garnishments for drinks. The steak I asked for they didn’t have and the steak I received was overcooked. Dessert took over 30 mins and the last hour we sat there without drinks they didn’t even fill our water glasses. Also plates weren’t cleared in a timely manner we had to ask them to be cleared. Manager was indifferent and only comped two bar drinks which MAY cover the dry cleaning bill for my pants, shirt and tie which all became soiled when they dropped the food. Been to this restaurant MANY times to celebrate several special occasions and this visit was NOTHING like it was or should be. Exceptionally disappointed and I won’t be back. Oh yeah, they original bill they presented me with wasn’t even for anything I order!!!
Great location, and very convenient walk from the hotel.
It was my girlfriends birthday. It was very nice and the waiter was at perfect pace. My girlfriend wanted a long date night and we could just have a nice night out. He recommend her a great bottle of wine that she enjoyed very much. I believe his name was micheal, he was great and I think he knew it was our first time there so he definitely helped us out. Will be going again.
Ordered Ribeye. It was tasty, but hard and didn't feel like the steak that Ruth Chris would serve. Mushed potato was not good, either. The best one was the bread.
The food was not good at all steak cooked wrong. Crab cake filler over cooked. the best part was the bottled water that was a very expensive water
It was a bit darker then expected because I like to see if the place is clean especially for the times we are in.
Very pleasant, very nice, excellent service, food was great
Found the outside very noisy with lots of kids and poor behavior. Food was OK but not great. Wine was great. Waitress was so-so. Reception folks very nice and accommodating.
My waiter Ron, he was very efficient and knowledgeable about the menu, he paired the drinks with my entree and the drinks did the job.
Dined in the outdoor seating section. The weather was gorgeous and service great.
Our appetizers were luke warm at best. The same for the side dishes. The location was very busy, as I know it was Fathers Day. But the quality of the food at this location has always been good. My family and I will be back.
Sothern New Jersey customer
The food was good, the hostess was great she was very welcoming, but that particular day there was a lot of gnats flying around, it was very annoying trying to eat and swat the gnats away, we told the waiter but he seemed to not care
Great experience…It was a nice ambiance..and my father and boyfriend enjoyed their evening for Father’s Day
This was my first time going to Ruth Chris Steak House. I came here for my birthday dinner after the baseball game. The food was excellent and are hostess Tammy was very courtesy and polite. Will definitely return again.
We made a reservation though Open Table for 7:45pm and choose a standard table (could have chose bar as well). When we got there they proceeded to walk us out of the restaurant into a room that i believe they use for corporate events and sat us there. The radio was the music. We basically were in the overflow room because they overbooked the restaurant? I'm not sure but it was so offensive, I was not going there to pay over $300 for our anniversary dinner to be banished to some room that wasn't even the restaurant. They should really tell people that before they come for their reservation. I would have happily gone somewhere else. When the hostess sat us she proceeds to ask "are you a father?"...well no actually we have been walking through a lot of loss and don't need to be reminded of that when we are celebrating our anniversary. She could have easily said Happy Fathers day and just walked away. You don't know what people are walking through and we found it so insensitive. The wine is overpriced and the menu is so outdated. My husbands steak was overcooked and the Brussel sprouts were undercooked. The one redeeming factor was that they brought us a free petite cheesecake as dessert to celebrate out anniversary. I will not be dining at this restaurant in the future.
The staff was awesome. I brought my dad for Father’s Day. They accommodated my special request for a convenient seat due to my father needing some assistance. The food was excellent. I find that this location’s atmosphere is a bit too casual for the cost of the meal, but that is beyond the control of the restaurant to some extent. Spending lots of money on dinner with people wearing tshirts and shorts and children making noise- the food and the experience don’t quite jive. Again, not the restaurant’s fault just an observation. I miss the days of jackets required!
Everything was great, until the waitress forgot to order our dinner. We left without eating dinner.
I had dinner in the bar. They were busy so service was a little slow. I was annoyed when they brought my entree about 2 minutes after delivering my starter. They were nice and took it back until I was ready but that’s a big pet peeve of mine.
The only other thing that was weird is they have bar chips but they won’t give you your own dish of them. They are like community bar chips? Wtf who wants to share that with strangers at a bar in this day and age? Just give people their own dish. Especially if they ask for it. Anyway, I didn’t have any bar chips. Dumb.
Food was great as always.
Our waitress was in training, but nonetheless, the service was excellent as was she. There were some rather loud (on FaceTime the entire meal) and inappropriately patrons. But, we tuned them out and enjoyed our meal and dining experience. In this day and age, I understand that handling these kinds of situations with patrons can be a delicate matter and sometimes it’s best to leave well enough alone. Still enjoyed our dinner and celebratory occasion.
Treated my husband for his birthday and decided to go somewhere nice since he makes every effort to wine and dine me any chance we get. It was very nice and there were several others there celebrating birthdays as well. The server and bus boy were so kind and attentive, in fact every staff member we came in contact with were professional and courteous. The food was ok, and I mean ok in the best way. It didn’t hit the pallet the way the bill hit my account but it was good. They gave him a nice birthday dessert which was nice and made my baby feel special. Overall all it was a lovely evening with my hubby. Would I go back?........ Maybe not that particular location but Ruth Chris in general, possibly.
