The food was amazing. I can’t stop thinking about it. I need to go back. The rib eye, the stuffed chicken, the lobster Mac and cheese. Oh my goodness. And then the blueberry mojitos. Everything was fabulous. Go ahead and make that reservation. You won’t be disappointed.

My first glass of wine was served in a dirty glass, would expect a server in a restaurant like this to notice before serving a glass of wine like this. Food was delicious. Management came to check on us twice.

We waited 25 minutes for our first drink to be brought to our table. No bread basket was brought out until after the Appetizers were served 40 minutes into our visit. The filet was fatty with gristle; and the NY strip was good. The best part of the meal was surprisingly the Lobster Mac and Cheese. The GM did reach out to me yesterday and apologized for our experience. I did not want or expect any remuneration, however he did send us a courtesy card for a return visit. We have always enjoyed Ruth Chris Steakhouse franchises, and perhaps we caught them on a bad night with an inexperienced waiter.

Excellent food and service by Gio was impeccable. Safe distancing is practiced and food came quickly.

We have been enjoying Ruth’s Chris for many years now & we try to celebrate every special occasion in one of these establishments. We’ve been coming to the Princeton location to celebrate a dear friends birthday & Christmas Eve every year for the last handful of years & was disappointed when I could only make a reservation for 4 & not the usual 5 due to covid restrictions but I was coming with my family regardless. Well I received a call to confirm & asked if I could add 1 more & to my delight We were allowed & it made the night that much more special! What made the night perfect was the food!! Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection & was absolutely amazing! In fact it might have been the best we’ve ever had! We choose Ruth’s Chris because we know every time we come we’re getting food that’s cooked & taste exactly like it has every time we dine there! Deliciousness & Consistency is what you do best!! Couldn’t be more grateful to be with the people I love while enjoying the food we love most! Perfect combo for a celebration anytime! Thank you again for helping us create lasting memories!

Consistently excellent food.

Our server Philip was excellent! The crabcake app and chopped salad were great. The rib eye was superb! The bone-in NY strip was okay but both steaks were a bit too salty. The creamed spinach was DELICIOUS. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Also - the bread pudding was awesome; (let it cool off before taking a bite, it's HOT). Since this was a birthday celebration, they brought out a complimentary cheesecake with a lit candle. We'll be back.

Thanksgiving Dinner , wonderful service and food !

We went to Ruth Chris for Thanksgiving dinner and it was fabulous. The dinner was not only wonderful, but as we were leaving they gave us each a shopping bag with turkey, stuffing, cranberries with gravey..this was such a nice gesture.

We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. The steaks were cooked perfectly. There was sufficient distance between tables for us to feel comfortable.

The consistency of Ruth's Chris makes it one of my favorite for a good meal or to celebrate special occasions. Steak was amazing, service is always impeccable. No chain does it better.

So..I just loved everything about our visit. This is a great place in the middle to meet my daughter for family social dinner. The staff was so kind to my family. The food was OUTSTANDING. With that being said, the next dinner I get out with my daughter will definitely be here. Thank you for the perfect family night out!

COVID-19 guidelines on masking and distance were being followed. Menu had decreased- no dipping sauce or shoestring potatoes. Waiter corrected my husband for ordering his a la carte side before his entree. At the Ruth Chris price point the customer should not be corrected in front of his friends.

Great food and atmosphere

My girlfriend and I went to this location for a date night. The service was amazing, the host was prompt and courteous. Again, the service was AMAZING. But, the food was mediocre. We chose the $155.00 meal and to be honest, I have traveled quite a bit and this was not quite right. The steak was burnt and mostly fat than anything else. The mashed potatoes were hard and not fully "mashed". The soup was okay but the cheese was a bit overwhelming. The soup also seemed that it was microwaved and not fresh. The bread was amazing and the butter used for it was WOW. Overall, I give the experience a 3 out of 5. Food needs work.

Anniversary, the entire night was outstanding from the food to our private room to the waiters, bravo!

The dinner and atmosphere was excellent. After we left the restaurant and talking to my husband we realized that the waiter over charged for my dinner which was a special for $48 charged us $53 and cocktails which was supposed to be $14 each charged $15, 3 that we had. Not sure if it was because covid and he had to many tables, but our waiter was very slow, probably could have been out 20 minutes sooner, and when the World Series is on its a big thing!!! LOL!

Always a wonderful, special experience without fail. The food and service are always perfect. This is the place we choose again and again for birthday and anniversary dinners.

Celebrated our anniversary here...great service, the staff was very accommodating, and the food was excellent. Phillip and his assistant were very attentive and personable. They made sure we hade a memorable time.

Dining experience was disappointing and not up to Ruth’s Chris standards. The food was excellent and definitely what was to be expected. Service was extremely disappointing from both the waiter and his assistant. We had to ask twice to have our water refilled after we sat with empty water and drink glasses thru half of dinner. Prior to dinner, the waiter asked if I’d like another glass of wine. I said “yes” and my friend asked for an additional iced tea. The iced tea never arrived. Once food was brought to the table, no one came to check on us or ask about food until we were 3/4 of the way through. At that time I asked about the wine which had been ordered 20+ minutes before. He said the bar was “still working on it”. We again mentioned the iced tea. He showed up with the wine, but never brought the iced tea. Service truly was very disappointing. Shape and ambiance of the room wasn’t very nice either. It felt like the room was a hotel ballroom. Will continue to visit Ruth’s Chris, but won’t go back to this particular location.

My server was excellent! This was the best food quality and service I’ve ever received at Ruth’s Chris!!!!
