Ruth's Chris Steak House - Savannah

We were in one of the private rooms and the experience was all I could’ve asked for. Very intimate and quiet. Highly recommend for date night.

Our server John A. was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the food and wine selections. He made our anniversary experience delightful!

Our meal was truly outstanding. Richard was our server and he was amazing. I devoured my shrimp cocktail. The ribeye lobster and mushrooms were delicious. I can not wait to eat the leftovers. Sadly, I can’t eat leftover creme brûlée cause there is none. It was phenomenal

John had excellent customer service. He gave us a little history of the owner. The food was delicious we will come back soon!

New Year’s Eve

Matt was a great waiter

We were placed in the wine cellar instead of the main restaurant and felt discriminated because my husband was wearing a t shirt.

NYE dinner was great!!! They were accommodating and busy all at the same time!

I really thought the ribeye would be a great steak. The flavor was fabulous, but it was full of gristle & more fat than usual. I normally get the filet, which is always good.

Great food at this Ruth Chris.

Our wedding anniversary. Slow service, no special plate with dessert that we are accustomed to at our Lake Mary, F Chris Ruth venue. Food was just ok.

Eric was great!

We ordered medium steaks, but received medium well steaks. We eat at Ruth Chris often. This was our worst Ruth Chris experience.

Waitress was poor. Had to get own drinks. Had to chase waitress for plates silverware etc. she never really caught on. My steak was ok. Underwhelmed. Seemed different. Maybe they sold the place or something. Definitely not the same. Sides were cold. Kind of sucks for 300.00 bucks. Going to take a break from Ruth Chris for awhile.

Great food. Hostess wasn’t super friendly but wait staff and food were great.

Wonderful evening. Our server Erin took excellent care of us. She paced our meal perfectly. Rich helped her serve food and the hosts Hunt and Jerris seated us right on time. Had the bone in filet which was outstanding. Aaron the manager stopped by to make sure everything was up to our expectations and it was. Eric the bartender made a special cocktail for us that demanded taking one to go. Great night out.

Outstanding on all levels!

My family and I enjoyed 4 delicious Cowboy Ribeyes, a heavenly sweet potato casserole, tasty cremini mushrooms, perfectly crispy grilled asparagus, and creamy garlic mashed potatoes. All steaks were perfectly medium rare as ordered. Our server Jameel and server assistant Chance were kind and attentive. We sat at a table in the middle of the dining room, which felt like the best spot in the room. We parked in the Whitaker Street Garage, which is directly behind the restaurant and is $5/day most of the time, I believe. The dinner was seamless and it made enjoying my family’s company all the more special.

We had a great time. The food and service are always excellent. Our server Matty is the BEST!

We always have phenomenal service at Ruth’s Chris and the food is always amazing! We had Matt and we just love having him as our server!!

We celebrated a Lovely birthday dinner for our Grand-daughter! The Food was delicious as always and the service and ambience is fantastic! This is a great restaurant to celebrate a special occasion or just a quiet evening out. They know what they're doing here! Our Filets were cooked to perfection. The Lobster Bisque is such a nice compliment!
We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that enjoys good food and atmosphere!

Thanksgiving

Excellent Service, Food, and Ambiance.

Warm greetings at the door. Everything was to CDC guidelines. Distanced , masks, etc... Had a wonderful time with my wife and a couple friends. Attentive service. Great food.

The house music was not appropriate for the dining experience and was far too loud. Our waiter also refused to let us sample a wine we were hesitant to buy by the bottle. The service was extremely slow an non-attentive. The waiter was polite and attentive when asked but not proactive and did not check on us enough adequately.

Excellent food and service. All aspects of the evening were handled well and safely.
