For my best friends bday and as always the food and service were above par. Also kudos to the hostess who seated who upon hearing Lisa was a bday girl bought confetti to the table and advised I server as well. Totally unexpected but totally appreciated. Our server Amanda was attentive and the service was prompt, I’m unaware to the two gentlemen that assisted her this evening names but they were excellent as well. During these trying times it’s great to see your standards being maintained.

Great experience. Great food. Great company. Love the bread bowl. The potatoes au gratin do seems bit different. No longer are the potatoes sliced—they’re now cubed and resemble home fries. Still delicious though

The food was delicious. The courses came out at the right time and the staff was friendly and on point. They added a toast for our anniversary which made the feel special.

The ambiance was nice, food was great and service was fast .Given the current climate we are in, the pandemic etc. The restaurant did a good job overall of social distancing and controlling group size.

Restaurant ambiance and service was stellar. The steak; I’ve had better at other steakhouses. The steak was soft, bland, overcooked and not much flavor. Decent piece of meat for a porterhouse but nothing to rave about. Sides were good; broccoli and garlic mashed potatoes.

Ruth Chris has gone down in good quality over the years. Menu shortages, wine list shortage. Overall in all, it is good but again not great. Not worth the value In my opinion.

Our server Charles was great personable and made us feel welcome. The food was magnificent. The staff came over to welcome us back.

Food was absolutely unbelievably good. It’s definitely pricey but we knew that going in. Service is outstanding and portions are pretty good. Especially the sides that could be shared. Great place to go. Highly recommended.

We went for Christmas dinner. Everything was delicious. Seasoned well and served piping hot. Charles was as excellent server.

Charles provided excellent service. He was very polite and attentive. The food and drinks were very good. We had a blast!

Christmas Dinner- food forgotten, steak way undercooked, large heavyset manager literally does not help any of their patrons. Ruth’s Chris Christmas Dinner tradition has been canceled bc of this experience. Not COVIDs fault either

Service was great, and we were not perfect guests, my companion was quite late. Ribeye was cooked medium rare the first time, yay! Cheesecake was the best ever, rich and creamy, rather than crumbly. My only wish is that I had prepared myself to pay for parking.

The food was AMAZING! We were greeted very nicely and escorted to our table. We decided to change tables in order to get a better view of the waterfront. What a mistake! The waiter that serviced us was stand-offish and not enthusiastic at all. While we heard the other waiters engaging and entertaining the other guests so nicely. I was celebrating my birthday that night and the waiter didn’t even ask if we’re celebrating anything. At the end of our meal was when he was somewhat engaging and it was because he was pushing us to get desert, which we didn’t want. I wish I could remember his name but I don’t think he ever introduced himself.

Great ambiance, Good food (mostly Seafood), good cocktails and Excellent customer service (our waitress was very attentive)
