Back in 2020, we started making fresh pasta for ourselves and family. Word got out and we decided to put up Noodle Lab, a fresh pasta purveyor, for people who got into cooking over the pandemic.

As Noodle Lab gained momentum, this opened us up to new opportunities like pop-ups in restaurants across the metro, allowing us to share our take on food.

Now, we are so excited to open our own restaurant, a dream we’ve had for quite some time.

Delina is the culmination of our journey throughout the last 5 years. It is our way of sharing our love and passion for food with all of you.
