Form + Matter (FO+MA) is a modern cocktail bar in Roma Norte, Mexico City. As a flavor laboratory, we blend science and creativity to craft innovative drinks that challenge the ordinary. FO+MA embraces growth and evolution, interpreting ingredients and cultures in fresh ways. We kindly ask that reservations are for a total of 90 minutes per party. If space is needed for another reservation, we will communicate with you towards the end of your experience with us. However, if we have space available, we will always do our best to accommodate you for as long as you'd like to stay.
Reservation Policies:
If your party increases in size, please let us know in advance to ensure space. For parties over 6, email info@fomabar.com. / We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you don’t arrive within that time, the reservation will be cancelled.

Handshake Bar is spread over two levels, each featuring a selection of our most iconic cocktails in a warm and intimate atmosphere. One level is slightly more spacious to better accommodate the needs of our guests.Reservation Duration:
Reservations last for 1 hour and 30 minutes to enjoy our unique atmosphere.
Reservation Policies:
The maximum number of guests per reservation is 12 people. For groups of 6 or more, reservations are managed exclusively by email at reservaciones@handshake.bar
. All reservations require a credit card as a guarantee. In case of no-show, a charge of $250 MXN per person will apply.
Multiple reservations or joining tables are not permitted. A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed; after this time, the reservation will be marked as a “no-show.”

Kaito del Valle is an award-winning cocktail bar tucked in the heart of the Juárez neighborhood, inspired by Japanese izakayas. Founded in 2016 as the first bar in Latin America operated entirely by women, Kaito has been internationally recognized by North America’s 50 Best Bars since 2022 and distinguished with 2 Pins by The Pinnacle Guide. Kaito blends Japanese hospitality, pop culture, and creative mixology in an intimate and fun environment.Our menu features signature cocktails and reimagined classics made with Japanese ingredients and sake, along with izakaya-style dishes like sushi, okonomiyaki, ribs, and shareable snacks.
