From a family of “Carnezzieri” (butchers) in Palermo, we opened our first restaurant in Monreale in 2003 and have been perfecting this craft ever since. Each dish is crafted with care, from classic Penne Arrabbiata, Rigatoni Amatriciana, Tagliatelle al Ragu, and Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe to Seafood Linguine, Ravioli Spinach Ricotta, and seasonal Risotto Primavera.
