Enjoy a refined selection of finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with cream and jam, and four signature sweet treats; with a glass of Champagne or a themed cocktail offered alongside an array of teas and infusions.

Perfect for special celebrations or a quintessentially English ritual in London, Afternoon Tea at The Lanesborough is an experience to be savoured. Located moments from Knightsbridge and Mayfair and opposite Hyde Park, it is served daily in the elegant, naturally lit Lanesborough Grill, with live piano music at weekends.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menu and a children's menu are available, and the Afternoon Tea menu is fully halal. Kindly notify the restaurant of any dietary requirements or allergies at least 48 hours in advance.

Our afternoon tea comprises of 3 courses including finger sandwiches, savouries, traditional scones served with jam and clotted cream, and true British cakes. It is served alongside a great selection of tea.

We offer the perfect environment to enjoy the great British tradition of afternoon tea whilst looking down on the hustle and bustle of London’s oldest market place.

We are glad to offer the following alternative afternoon tea menus, with a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your reservation: Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Halal.

Our afternoon tea is available Monday – Sunday 11:45-17:30.

The menu relies on only the freshest produce so is often subject to change.
