Kappo Sato is the newest Kappo-style Japanese Cuisine in Toronto, Canada featuring Takeshi Sato.Takeshi Sato worked at a Michelin Star Japanese restaurant in Tokyo and came to Canada in 2011 as the official chef of the Japanese Consulate General in Toronto. Qualified as a tea ceremony, flower arrangement, sommelier, and international sake master, and has more than 20 years of experience as a high-class Japanese chef, as well as the skill and knowledge.

Yasu is Canada's first Omakase sushi bar. We celebrates the ocean’s best catches and the craft of sushi in its award-winning Toronto eatery; dishes created by Executive Chef and Owner Yasu Ouchi from Osaka, Japan. There is only one menu at Yasu; Omakase style at $195 per person, a Japanese tradition wherein Chef Yasu creates a new menu daily based on the freshest and seasonal seafood available from around the world. The Omakase course consists of approximately 20 items including a kaiseki plate, soup,selection of seasonal nigiri and dessert. . An 18% service fee will be added to each bill. Cancellation Policy:
For reservations of 4 guests or fewer, cancellations, no-shows, or reductions in party size within 48 hours will be charged the full Omakase price plus tax per person. For reservations of more than 4 guests, we require at least 1 week’s notice to avoid cancellation fees.
