Vintage Chophouseは、モダンにアレンジしたクラシックなステーキハウスです。ステーキ以外の料理も期待しているお客様のために各国料理の多様なメニューと組み合わせた真のステーキ愛好家のための魅力的なメニューを提供しています。受賞歴のあるワインリストには世界中から600銘柄以上のワインを取り揃えています。Vintageには5室の異なる部屋があり、セミプライベートルームでの8～12名の親しい仲間の集まりに理想的な丸いハイトップテーブルの備わる当店自慢のベリンジャールームをあらゆる目的に提供しています。モダンで快適なダイニングルームまたはニューヨークスタイルの居酒屋でくつろいで楽しい時間をお過ごしください。ふかふかの革のクラブチェアや居心地の良い革張りのブースは、55インチの液晶テレビ2台でゲームを楽しむのに最適です。毎週金曜日と土曜日の夜は、くつろぎながらファンク、ポップス、ジャズなどの生演奏を楽しめます。Vintage Chophouse & Tavernは、2005年ワインスペクテイター賞を受賞、2007年にはワインスペクテイターの「ベスト・オブ・アワード・オブ・エクセレンス」を受賞しました。

We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t just serve beef from anywhere on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We are now the only licensed restaurant in Calgary able to serve authentic Kobe Beef.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.
