We have never been disappointed with our experience here. The food is incredible. Our favourite is the bacon wrapped dates. A lot of great gluten free options, including dessert, and an incredible wine list. Atmosphere is rustic and comfortable, service is great.

Prior to Oilers game - meal was really good. Service was good and quick - I know the service people do their job with meal suggestion but quick and simple prior to a time sensitive event is needed. Meal was excellent again though and service overall was excellent.

My wife and I expected an intimate dinner for our anniversary. Unfortunately, the date coincided with the first home game of the hockey playoffs and the restaurant was filled with hockey fans. The noise level was extremely high. Despite this, the food was excellent, the service was outstanding and I left a generous gratuity.

The service, and especially the food, never disappoints at Sabor. We were a group of six and found that the best way to get a bit of all the incredible dishes was to go the family style route.

It was our first time at Sabor and it was lovely. Food was excellent, we enjoyed the lamb rack and octopus. Our server was attentive and friendly. We would go again.

The food was amazing. The Sablefish was like butter, the piri piri prawns were amazing. Also couldn’t get enough of the lobster risotto!

5 Stars across the board. Hard to find a better restaurant experience than Sabor. Service outstanding and the food "Muy Rico" Will be a regular stop when in Edmonton.

Best restaurant in Edmonton. Hands down. I haven't eaten anything at Sabor that wasn't delicious (& I dream about the bacon wrapped dates lol). Tons of gluten free options (most of the menu, actually). The service is always outstanding.

We travelled to Edmonton and I looked up this restaurant on google and it was near our hotel. Great atmosphere and we had a great table for two. Excellent service and the food was so good. One of those meals in which your were full but wanted to eat more. Thank you for a great time with my wife

Worth the price! Grilled octopus was our favourite appetizer. Can’t go wrong with the paella. Husband ordered the Three Boars and meat was just incredibly cooked and flavourful. Our service by Troy was top notch. Will definitely come back!

This was our second time at Sabor and enjoyed the dinner equally as much as the first visit. Although we only ordered several starters to share, the food was not rushed, we were able to enjoy at our own pace. We are abstaining from alcohol for Lent and our server treated us very well, topping up our sparkling water regularly.

We ordered the family platter to share: 3 appetizers, 2 entrées, 3 desserts. Lovely variety, exceptional food, great value. The wine recommended by our server, also a sommelier, paired perfectly with our food. Great atmosphere.

Actually requested one of the tables by the glass wall overlooking the Tapas bar, Found ourselves in a corner. Also, (and I know, this is a first world problem) But I had to fill my own and my dates wine glasses continually throughout the evening. It's a thing with me at a high end restaurant not to touch a bottle, ever... Just me being persnickety. This is still the BEST place in the city and one of my three favorites in the province.

Excellent server. He was like a quality butler. Knew his stuff and made excellent recommendations. The serving sizes were generous and the quality of the food was top self. Only problem was the noise in the large room.
