Wonderful food and great serice as alwasy.

They are always wonderful here - and were even very nice to the rather rude gentleman in the next (socially distanced) table - who was complaining that there were too many vegetables in his vegetable curry....

We were met by a very friendly lady who undertook the usual temperature test etc. The waiter explained that the menu had to be selected by ticking boxes on the menu itself . When we had completed our choices, the waiter took it away and promptly brought our drinks. We waited for at least 45 mins before someone brought us some prawn crackers and apologised for the wait. A bit later our food arrived. It was delicious and almost worth the lengthy wait. I’m sure the kitchen staff had problems that night so I shall Be returning for another sumptuous feast soon.

I enjoyed Pho. Very delicious and reasonable price. Next time I would like to have lunch set menu.

The food wasn’t great, but staff were friendly. The only thing I liked was the desert.

Good portions food could be a little more spicy..

Great service as always and even with a scaled down menu due to COVID it was a decent menu variety and the food was really delicious.

The table was very sticky so not nice as one didn’t want to touch it. The starters were good but the chicken in my main course was uneatable so couldn’t eat the stir fry noodles. I felt the staff was more busy taking care of take away than looking after us

My mouth is watering writing this review and reflecting on what was a fantastic dining experience at Saigon Saigon. If you are looking for delicious authentic Vietnamese cuisine then please look no further! Not to mention the staff were polite and very professional and kept the premises clean 24/7. My friends and I will definitely be returning! :)

It was our first visit after the lockdown. The food was fantastic as always but the atmosphere was a bit cold, no candles or decorations on the table made it look a bit gaunt

We were excited about eating here but were extremely disappointed when we found out they have taken all fish out of their menu so had to settled for other stuff. Although it was all tasty the menu on open table is not updated and misleading.

The restaurant takes your temp before you come in and have a sanitisation station. Feels like they are putting appropriate protection (where possible) in place.
Service was good, food served quickly and was tasty. Good experience overall.

Excellent food with good service, well adapted to Covid restrictions and spacing.

Missed the Steam Boat which is our favourite. Can see no reason why not available as the Steam Boat restaurants in China Town are open.

Do not now who resurfaced you tables but they put varnish over stain before it dried properly so the tops of the tables are all sticky & soft with things sticking to them !

They need doing again, properly ....

( Use a water based stain, LET IT DRY, & then coat with polyurethane or marine varnish which goes off rock hard. )

The food and service was amazing. The safety measures were good especially taking our temperature. The only disappointment was we booked a table for 6 but we could not sit together. This was helped by the free glasses of Proseco. Would highly recommend this place

Really awful now. Used to love this place. Didn't feel covid safe either.
Starters came but waited ages and ages for main meal to arrive. The hostess at reception was abrupt as she couldn't find our booking from Opentable. Then told us we had to sit oustide as we had not booked. Slow service too and waiters leaning over us and our food. Not good :(

I loved our dinner at Saigon Saigon.
Food was absolutely great, service was good too. Loved how the hostess would give you tips on how to best eat each dish.
We went on the last “eat out to help out” night, so it was really busy and the food took some time to arrive. The wait was worth it and despite the crowd I think they did a great job with the quality delivered.

I enjoyed a nice celebratory dinner with friends at Saigon Saigon. I will be visiting again.

Slow, over 45 minutes to get food, delivered to wrong table, suspiciously like a reheat not a re-cook. Minimal apology. Covid approach was ok.

The safety measures in place for Covid are outstanding. It’s the first restaurant I’ve been to that takes your temperature and where the staff actually wear masks.

Also, the food is great, flavourful and fresh.

Gormless, incompetent and rude staff. Prawbs were cold, sent them back, the same dish cane back but they had microwaved it.

Was expecting Vietnamese food but the menu here is a mix of many cuisines, mostly Chinese. Food tasty though. Because of Eat Out to Help Out every table was full and very noisy even with front of shop open to street. Staff very busy and abrupt. Service was very slow, waited more than 30 minutes after we finished our starters for our mains. Quite expensive at more than £35 each including a couple of beers (before Eat Out discount). Generally disappointing.

We have been eating here since 2012 and the quality has not deteriorated one bit! We went there last week to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Trinidad who manages (and probably even owns) the place was extremely warm and offered us a couple of glasses of bubbly on the house to open our evening with! The service is excellent, the food is out of the world authentic and finger licking and the ambience is really warm and cosy. We will continue being patrons as long as it is around!!! Highly recommended.

The food is good but everything else is subpar. Social distancing is not observed, they have tables very close to the queue; waiters not properly wearing their masks; bar staff not wearing any masks at all. We got served with dirty bowls, waited quitr a while to be seated and waited for 50 minutes for our food.

Best restaurant in Hammersmith by a NY mile. Very friendly and the food is amazing so glad it’s open again
