For those of you who are not current or former gauchos who roam the prairies of Brazil, you might need an explanation of our style of service. At the end on a long day of work tending to cattle and stock, Brazilian cowboys (Gauchos) and their families would prepare great feasts. They would skewer various meats, roast them over a fire pit and bring them to the table for carving. There would be a bounty of seasonal vegetables, stews and salads using fresh ingredients from the fruits of their labor.

Delicious food, had a lovely evening out with friends. Would recommend for anyone looking to spice up your night or looking to find a new favorite dish. Cocktail menu had many options and three we ended up trying were excellent.

We left the dinner pretty disappointed. We had created a reservation and shown up 5 minutes early. After we were seated, we weren’t even greeted by our waiter for 10-15 minutes. This is the first time we were there so we were unsure what to do and just sat there waiting. When he showed up we had ordered a bottle of wine and was told how the process works. We went to get the salad and soup portions and started the meat process. We made it 20-25 minutes into dinner with no bottle of wine. Finally my other half walked up to the bar to request it as there were bar staff just cleaning glasses. Another 5 minutes after that we finally got our wine. Based on how fast they brought it, it appears that our waiter forgot, which was disappointing. In addition we saw our waiter pass by at least six times but he would never look our way or acknowledge us until the very end where he finally asked how dinner was. I do acknowledge that there was a large group being taken care of, but even a quick “how is your food” would have made a huge difference. The food itself was okay and bland. My other half said the best part of the meal was the pineapple, which is disappointing as it is a meat place. I left feeling like it wasn’t worth the money we spent there. As a first time experience, it was very lacking and we most likely won’t be coming back. Nor would we recommend it to others.

Once again Samba has been a great experience! Every time we come we are extremely impressed. It’s a fantastic value for the meal you get, and the atmosphere is fun and energetic while also not being too noisy to hear the other people you are with.

The food is outstanding, and there are so many delicious flavors to try. My family and I love the variety of vegetables in the first course/salad bar! And of course, the mouthwatering meat selections.

We had a wonderful date night with another couple. It had been several years since we have been to Samba. Our experience did not disappoint! Our server was wonderful. The food was great. We ended up staying an extra couple hours just at the table talking and having fabulous drinks off the cocktail menu!

Wasn’t expecting buffet part of meal, but we were early so not too awful! I typically NEVER eat buffet foods!! Food was delicious! service was friendly and on top of things!! Loved the atmosphere! VERY expensive just because how much food can one person really eat?? I could have bought a lot of groceries for 180 bucks for three people!

Maybe we hit on a particularly bad night but the experience was more like Golden Corral than well executed Rodizio. Host and server were completely indifferent, we were seated upstairs and while the hike was a minor inconvenience for us, it was apparently too much for the gauchos! After several rounds of asking repeatedly and even running downstairs to chase some food up to the table, we eventually sampled exactly half the meats available. Salad and sides bars were poorly attended with cold potatoes and well worked over dishes. I will say what meat we did get was excellent but other than that my next most and only other positive comment is the bread was good!

The only downside was the bathrooms where located on lower floor . The upside was everything else food was great drinks where spot on and price was not bad for what you got 4 stars

We had a wonderful dinner to celebrate my husbands birthday. We were sat in a perfect spot next to the rodizio grill and were usually the first stop by the gauchos. All of the staff were attentive and pleasant- even asking us if there was a specific item we were waiting for. The food was stellar. Our favorites included the honey balsamic flank steak, the picante sirloin, and the Parmesan crusted pork loin- and of course the grilled pineapple is to die for! We will definitely return in the future!

Meats were mostly well undercooked. Waitress was absolutely terrible. On the rare occasions we would see her, she seemed like she was about to fall asleep. Very poor service and she did not give off good vibes which was distracting from the experience we anticipated (especially for the cost).
