It was very loud, air conditioning was not working properly - waiter said they are dependent on the Westin hotel …. Was not very pleasant. Food was mediocre. We ordered stuffed mushrooms - they were the size of a quarter. Octopus salad was just ok. We also ordered crusted white fish - no taste of any crust. Just pan fried fish. Side was a Brussels sprouts - very tough and not tasty at all.
The service was great and the food was delicious..
Server was very attentive and professional, but food took very long to arrive and dirty plates were not cleared by busboys.
Air conditioning was NOT working and it was in the 90s outside. Service was good but understaffed. Not enough staff. Food is good but overpriced and portions are small. Won’t be going back for awhile.
The restaurant was very warm. The server was very sweaty and I was fanning myself with the menu. The food was great, service was great!
Absolutely phenomenal restaurant with unbelievable food and excellent service. Highly recommend their chicken parmigiana and fettuccine Alfredo.
I've been to Saranello's many times but it was the first time for my 2 friends. They too enjoyed the lunch, ambiance, service, etc. Will go again.
My granddaughter suggested Saranello's and we are happy she did. Food was great. I would not hesitate to go back again.
I loved the lunch special--3 courses for $17.95! The minestrone soup was great, the kale salad was fresh and huge! I loved the little creme brulee dessert too. Wait staff was excellent. I look forward to a return visit!
Love Saranellos, went back after a few month and noted favorite dishes gone off the menu, like burata caprese. Asked for some olives as appetizer with vine and were told “ there aren’t any”, odd, for Italian restaurants..appetizers on new menu are heavy - either all bread or deep fried..

The food is so consistently good. Mussels last night were gorgeous and delish! Our server made our night with his sunny disposition, dedication to service and friendliness. Damon for the win. This is a great spot for a celebration or an intimate dinner. We will continue to keep this in our rotation.

I was underwhelmed with the food. It was buffet, which was not quite set up on time. Took a long time to get coffee. Dishes on the buffet had cake stuck to them.

none of the staff wore masks. we sat for too long waiting for menus, bread, time to order, getting our food and in general......t2.5 hours for a table for two for a salad + meatballs and a GF pizza, no coffee. THEN MY OPENTABLE GIFT CARD WAS REFUSED BY THE RESTAURANT. I will not go there again.

I understand that the food service industry has taken a hit. And on that note. Service was slow. Our server has one month in waiting tables. Very nice person. Needs a little more shadowing with a season server. Bus boys need to know what a salad plate , coffee saucer, app plate is. Smiles wouldn’t hurt., I can say more but let’s just stop. Yes I’ll be back …
Great delicious Italian specialties with wonderful service. Try and get Kyle as your waiter. Super warm, friendly, and attentive! 5 stars + dining experience! We plan to go back soon.
From the time we ordered until the food delivered it was approx an hour or more . Totally unacceptable
Disaster from the start. Had reservation for Birthday celebration (no acknowledgement despite obvious gifts, etc.). Zero Covid protocols despite the 3% Covid charge added to the bill. No masks on staff, no evidence of extra cleaning. Photocopied paper menu on table.
Terrible table in primary traffic aisle - requested the table next to us but were denied. That table was seated 5 minutes later. Awful service. Had to beg for more wine, dessert menus and to have someone clear the dirty dishes in front of us for half an hour.
Lemon chicken (recommended by the waiter) was very over salted. Chocolate pie (also recommended ) was terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes to get the change from the bill.
This was the worst LEYE experience we have had. We do not collect points, we did not split the bill. It was a simple transaction. We always tip 20%+. Disappointing.

We have been coming here for our get togethers for years unfortunately tonight we had a new server that was only there for 2 weeks and he wasn’t very attentive. We were very patient but I do think it should be known. Otherwise as usual the food was delicious
We were very disappointed with the service. It took forever to get drinks from the bar and we had to flag down people to get water. The chicken Parmesan was overcooked and rather dry. We think they were understaffed but it really impacted our evening. We will not be back.
They were short staffed so right away things were slow. The waitress was actually pretty good but over worked. Food was very slow. Even beverages were very slow. I heard the burger was good so three of us ordered cheeseburgers. For $14, it was not very good. I ordered rare. It came medium. The other two were ordered medium and they were very well done, one was almost burnt. The crusted fish was good!
Very slow service, incorrect items in my daughters salad; they had to remake it. She had to wait forever to get her side of meatballs. We were disappointed in this visit to Saranello’s.
Waiter was not that great ! Waited along time in between courses . Waited forever for bill- had to ask. Did not want to split the checks and messed up on entertainment points . We had to call to get the credits .
The service was not up to LEY standards. The food was good. The water glasses did not have ice and the waiter never re-filled the glasses. There was no parmesan cheese on the table for the bread. Our reservation was at 8:00pm. They wanted us out by 10:00pm. They started taking our plates/glasses away before we were done. We should have gotten a heads up that they lock the doors at 10:00pm. I think you could do better than that.
The staff was great. They even changed a physical table for us when the one we were seated at was way too big for our small group. The food was delicious and the Chicken Vesuvius was the best I have ever had. Even the Vesuvius potatoes were delicious. The whitefish gained many raves as did the lasagna. The evening was excellent and we will be back.
We both enjoyed our dinner, and our waiter made it a very pleasant dining experience.
Damon is an excellent server! Very attentive, pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu items.
Bartender was extremely rude and service was slow. I understand that the due to the times, they were understaffed but at least be friendly. Everyone seems to hate their jobs there.
