Always a pleasant experience, service was outstanding.

One of our fave restaurants. Food was great as always. Mozzarella balls are shrinking in size from what I remember. Server was exceptionally great and genuinely personable. Loved that. Too many servers are like robots and don’t care about customer service.

Was there two weeks in a row, so I obviously liked it.

Our appetizer was yummy Avacado bruschetta, nicely grilled very taste.
I had shrimp with spaghetti, lemon, garlic, it was fantastic!!

Food was great! Service was prompt and server was very nice.

Sat in patio, the restaurant put in a lot of measures for safety and hygiene, tables are far apart, all masked, plexi, feel very safe. Food is just as awesome as always!

The food quality has substantially down. We ordered chicken parm and couldn’t eat the chicken was so hard, pasta was ok, very greasy. We ordered fried calamari and it was soggy and terrible. Server was very nice and good patio. The music was not well managed and wrong music for the ambiance in there. I believe they need to increase quality versus decrease prices and save on serving cheap food.

Overall, the experience was poor. The food took forever and I reserved a patio seat, yet they wanted us to sit inside.

There was no greeting at the entrance and the receptionist didn't say a word after I told her that I booked a table. We had to wait a while to finally have a hostess to guide us. Whereas it was a reservation for 3 people, the hostress guided us to a group table for 8. There were very few customers, so I asked her to change to a small table, and she was annoyed and asked us to wait for table cleaning even when almost 90% table were available. She didn't really do anything to prepare a table for us. After standing in the hallway for a while, we told her that we would sit in the seat where we were first guided. There were 90% empty tables until we finished eating and came out. This person should not be working in the service industry. The waitress was very kind and nice though.

Went there on family day. We made a reservation online, arrived there on time, but had to wait 20 minutes before we were seated. The restaurant was seriously understaffed with inexperienced part-timers. The food was ok, but took a while to come. Overall, not a very enjoyable dining experience that day.

We went on Valentine’s Day and it was very busy, but we only waited a few minutes s we had a reservation. Our server was great, very attentive. Loved the ambiance and decor of the restaurant. The food was amazing and reasonably priced for what you get.

Dinner was very good, the service was a bit slow but with it being Valentines day and the restaurant being so busy it is understandable.

We got one small round table. It was way too small for 5 adults.

Reservation took a few moments for them to find on the Ipad but then shown to table but not seated properly as for some reason didn't realize that wasn't there to sit with strangers. Manager apologized for the error. Waitress was a little snippy. Asked for a refill of the water on the table and instead of just bringing another bottle for our side of the table said, there is one on the other side still. When the appetizers came, there were no plates brought with them and had to ask for some. Mozzarella ball, though delicious is getting smaller and smaller each time I come. For $15.95 it is ridiculously small. Staff should be trained to give better direction on pasta portioning. Waitress could have told us that the SOCIAL size is too much for just two people and that she would recommend the Regular instead especially since we also ordered two appetizers.

The food is always reliable and good. Depending on who you get as a server, it can make your experience a hit or a miss. The last two times we’ve been, we’ve had the same server and she was not very attentive and sometimes a bit rude with her table side manners. Otherwise, it’s always a good place to go with friends/family.

Food: The fresh mozzarella with prosciutto and pizzas taste great.

Service: Service is usually good. But the service was not as good on my most recent visit.

Tip: Don't go here for a birthday. I've been here twice for a birthday and I told them that it's a birthday celebration but they never do anything special for the birthday person.

Good food but has gone down recently. I wish the butternut squash ravioli was still on the menu. A bit expensive, especially for drinks. Overall not bad.

It started nicely on a quiet afternoon. We were seated next to the windows and ready to order our favourite pasta dish. However, our server either hasn't wake up completely yet or she simply don't want to serve at all as she wasn't quite happy serving our side of the dining room. Overall food are tasty as usual. Just service is not good. Also a big group of young ladies seated right in front of us and they were so loud that we decided to leave once we finished our food. Therefore, food is great but just have to see your luck which server you will get and noise is just too much especially when a large young group is near you at a larger table.

Service was good, food was delicious, just a little bothered by the fruit flies that kept flying around my wine (in the middle of winter)

This is one of our favourite restaurants as they serve very nice fresh made pasta and flat bread pizza. They update their menu once every few months and we are all delighted by the new choices.

Great food!

Went for lunch at Christmas time, it took 25 minutes to find a parking spot. The parking issues are unbelievable.

Pepperoni pizza the pepperoni is too salty . Pasta is too hard , more than al dente . Waitress tried to be very attentive but apparently too busy to get her attention.

the only complaint I have was that we have to wait 10 minutes for a machine to do the card payment and sometimes it is hard to find our server

The service was great , the lady was always there to assist.
The chicken BLT was nice and fresh .
Good ambience ...the only negative was the super food salad which didn’t look like sales to us cause of separate ingredients.
