This was my 2nd time back to this restaurant because of the food, ambiance, and service! This restaurant has a better view to me then The Eiffel Tower!

The staff made excellent recommendations, the food and drinks were wonderful.

I didn’t know what to think going into a place owned by a dude who has been on the food network but this place is the real deal. Proper tasty pasta and an incredible branzino with the most amazingly crispy skin I’ve ever had on a piece of fish. I’m kind of a pasta snob - I usually am disappointed when I get pasta out but I was pleasantly surprised.

Only thing lacking was the dessert. It was okay but okay is not good enough after the rest of the meal is so top notch.

Best spaghetti I’ve ever had! Service was impeccable and the view can’t be beat. We were lucky enough to get the best table in the house, right in front of the fountains. Thanks for making our stay great!

I’ve eaten at Scarpetta in the former Beverly Hills location and they set the bar for all the categories. This location failed to meet that standard and that is so disappointing. Our group was seated in a private dining area which was perfect. Our drinks were amazing and the service was as well. The drinks were so good that my wife and I stuck around after dinner just for another drink at the bar then returned the next night for drinks again before calling it a night.

The food fell very short. The wrong dishes were brought to the table, the food was lukewarm, very under seasoned, we all had to salt our food because it lacked flavor. The yellow fin was very good. Polenta lacked any flavor, the short rib was cold, lamb bolognese was lukewarm, wrong steak dishes were brought out, the scampi was so under seasoned that one of the guests didn’t eat his meal.

I seriously hate writing this review because I’m a huge Scarpetta fan.

Our meal at Scarpetta was by far the best during our stay in Las Vegas. The flavors in every dish we ordered were amazing - we will definitely be back!

Amazing and beat all expectations!

Fabulous food, service and safe environment. Duck foie gras ravioli and spaghetti are the best! Excellent crudo starter, and filet to end an exquisite meal. Chill martinis and nice cab by the glass too.

Dinner with friends. Excellent service. Oysters were very fresh and high quality. Pasta out of this world!

Best spaghetti ever. Like ever get it without the cheese. The cheese seemed to over power the taste. We had the short rib which was very tender but make sure you eat it with the sauce. The new York was ok. Food was great service was ok. The host and hostess were kind but our server seemed like he didnt want to be there.
All in all I definitely would go back for the 24 dollar spaghetti only.

Tasting menu was a great tasting and plenty of food ! Very filling!

We really enjoyed late dinner here. Wish you guys have more seafood pasta dishes, but overall other dishes were fantastic. Needs some soups on menu! We loved it and will be back! Thank you again!

This exceptional experience would require too many words to describe. It was a wonderfully delicious experience. I will make reservations every time we visit Las Vegas. Just perfect!

Excellent dinner. Great service.

Food was great. Price was reasonable. The location in the Cosmo (one of the better casinos on the strip) is great and easy to find. The view of the Bellagio fountain is spectacular if you're seated in the right place. Unfortunately for me, I was seated with my back to the windows at a small table for 2 so I couldn't see it. The restaurant wasn't busy (COVID, understandable) so I was a little surprised in the seating, but I was glad my wife got the view.

I would recommend this restaurant for certain.

The waiter was curt and had an attitude. The food was good but I would have expected higher quality for the price.

If you love pasta, please go here and get the Tagliatelle. Best pasta I ever had 😍

Not what I expected for being a n upscale restaurant. My steak was overcooked and the pasta was nothing special. Drinks were ok and view was perfect. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this place.

Ambiance and location were great. We had a table that viewed the water feature at the Mirage. Food was just OK. Didn’t match up to the price. Service was good. We just expected more for this price point. Next time we’ll try something off strip.

We were not feeling 100% that night so we never made it to the entrees but our appetizers were phenomenal. Our server was attentive and we enjoyed the food we did have.

Atmosphere and service was amazing. View of the Bellagio fountains was gorgeous! The food was impeccable! We got the charcuterie board and calamari for apps. I got the tagliatelle and everyone else got the shrimp scampi (special) and the short rib ravioli. All of it was amazing!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I would go back!

Awesome view looking at the Belagio fountains. The food was amazing and had great presentation. The waiter was personable and attentive. We will definitely go back!

Great food!

Slightly disappointed in the food and service. We had to ask three people more than once for the vegetarian menu. Our wine glasses sat empty without anyone approaching us for another drink order. The food was solid, but not standout. There are definitely better Italian restaurants on The Strip!

Food was excellent. My husband and I both got salads to start, a Cesare and a Beet Salad. The Beet Salad was my favorite dish for the entire trip to Las Vegas! It had a hint of citrus, mint and creamyness. We both had the Octopus appetizer for our main dish and loved it. It was tender grilled perfectly. We also shared a beef carpaccio. All were wonderful. The service was perfect and the ambiance was beautiful. We look forward to coming back on our next visit.

The meal started with the best bread basket I've ever had. Five different kinds of breads, all hot and fresh, some quite creative (like the one stuffed with salami). My husband and I split the Short Rib Agnolotti and the Tortelli (which was more like small ravioli than tortellini). Both were fantastic! They knew we were sharing, so they actually brought one of the dishes split on two plates for us, which was very nice. (Not sure why they did one and not the other, but still a nice experience.) The service was EXTREMELY fast. Pretty sure we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. And not in a way that felt rushed or hurt the experience at all, just very efficient. I would definitely recommend a visit!

Excellent service and great food. They were enforcing the social distancing guidelines which I was very happy about.
