Shaw's Oyster Bar - Schaumburg

We had a great time at Shaw’s Crabhouse. It was a belated birthday celebration for my girlfriend. We both had a lot to eat and even brought food home. It was fantastic. Our server Dianna was extremely attentive. We will definitely be back.

Ridiculously over-priced. Very good calamari, tasteless lobster. I can't see why it's popular, if it is.

This is a regular destination for lunch or dinner for my husband and myself. Love this place!

Food and environment were great! Music was turned up too high when lights were dimmed. Excellent waiter but he was working two sides of the restaurant. We were left without silverware twice and had to retrieve our own.

I hadn't been to Shaw's in quite a while but it was well worth the wait. I had the shrimp scampi and the Brussel sprouts. OMG...so good. Also, they have a cocktail called the Mai Tai
martini that was so delicious I just had to have 2!

Shaw's is always a go to place for us. Never disappoints. Wait staff very professional, kind and courteous. Food is always delicious and the drinks are fabulous!

Food was good. This use to be a great place for happy hour but that is now gone. Our server was very good. The oysters are great but they are way over priced. This is no longer a date night place it’s now a special occasion place. With the 10% tax and the 4% COVID service charge there are way to much extra charges.

Service was a bit slow, but I think our server was stretched pretty thin.

Food was good. Oyster on the half shell- my husband really enjoyed them. I ordered the Fried Calamari- seasoned and fried well. Main- we both ordered Poke bowls. Presentation was great, ginger dressing was a tad too much.

Food was delicious. Service was excellent. A great place to celebrate a special occasion. It also felt very safe during these COVID dining times.

Empty, barely anyone there. Service was really slow, it looked like the waitress was doing everything, bar tending, bidding tables, etc. They did nothing to make it special, we felt like we were a burden. That being said, the food was good, great oysters!

We have eaten at this location many, many times The food was terrible and there were not any specials or salmon I realize with the current issues COVID 19 things are different.

I hadn’t been to Shaw’s very several years due to an unpleasant experience with service during my last visit. So I thought I’d give them another try and everything was exceptional during this past visit!

I love this place for seafood!! Happy hour very economical as well. I love the Lagrow organic beer. The parmesan crusted halibut is my all time favorite, cooked perfectly every time. Husband loves the french fried shrimp, best in town! Wait staff all knowledgeable and friendly. We eat here almost every week!!!

A noisy atmosphere and exceptional price was expected, though the booth we were seated at squeezed our belts tighter than desired.

Loved our booth in a Oyster Bar. Best seafood around...clam chowder, fresh oysters, large stone crab claws, fried shrimps, key lime pie - all fantastic! Excellent service, and great background music! Shaw’s is as good as ever!

I have always been a fan of Shaw's. The Mother's day brunch was not what I expected. It was above and byond fantastic. The variety was great not only did they have traditional breakfeast items and lunch items, they also had there delicious seafood and sushi. The service was excellent and loved the mimosa and bloody mary bar. I will definately go there again for brunch.

It is all very high quality seafood. The servers are experienced, the oysters are delectable, and everything else is just plain perfect. Can't think of a single thing that wasn't satisfactory. The restrooms are up a flight of stairs, however, so if you feel you have to go (and maybe you have had a few already), be sure to go sooner rather than later, and watch your step.

We love the service which is always friendly and attentive. The raw oysters are excellent and the condiments are a perfect addition. I had the dungenness crab and my date had the lobster tails, I would recommend both dishes, but be warned the dungeness crab does take a bit of work
