Visited on Saturday before lockdown.
Good food and great service as always.

One of the best dinners I have had out. Very authentic and incredible flavours.

Pleasant surprise when you go in and see the nice decor and receive a friendly welcome. All downhill from there though as the food is poor and bland.

Such a pleasant atmosphere, adhering really well to Covid-19 rules and made for a very enjoyable experience. First time eating here and the food was splendid, plus a really attentive service. Would definitely visit again!

Excellent Nepalese food and such a varied menu. So many dishes we wanted to try so we will certainly be going back again soon.

Our first time at Sherpa Kitchen, and we will go again because the food was great. But a really nice meal was slightly spoilt by painfully slow service (3 hours for 3 courses). I know it was Valentine's Day, and the place was full - but either the kitchen couldn't cope, or the waiting staff really need training. The older ones were perfectly polite, but one young guy seemed quite put out when (having been left alone for at least 30 mins after finishing the main course and it being cleared) I asked for a menu to order dessert.

Despite the service being rather slow, the food was amazing! We thourghly enjoyed our dinner.

Really lovely meal with great quality food. The aubergine vegetable dish is amazing! Plus the prawn dishes and chicken. All very good. The service can be slow, hence we didn’t have dessert. The atmosphere is lacking, some lighting changes may fix this. All in all I would go back.

I loved the deep, well merged flavours of the lamb curry; it was spicy without being overpoweringly strong. The spinach side tasted fresh, lightly cooked with great flavour and texture. The food overall was great, and I loved the fact that this was a family business rather than a chain.

We waited for 2 hours for our food. We had vegetable dishes that were watery and tasteless. The lamb shank was very tough.

I hadn’t been to this restaurant for a while and had forgotten just how good it is! Absolutely delicious with a good range of veggie dishes too. My only complaint is the wine glasses - way too big and rather industrial. Definitely recommend.

Always a pleasure to eat here. It us extremely reasonable price wise, the food is good and the service excellent.

Great food and great service, relaxed friendly and efficient for a busy place.

Fabulous food - a refreshing change from mainstream Indian cuisine - charming and efficient service in a relaxing ambience. There is a public car park about 100 metres from the restaurant (heading away from the centre of Esher) but other parking options in the evening are limited.

I thought the food was very good and different - only issue was that was that the staff just appeared a bit overwhelmed by the number of people turning up on a Friday evening

Overall its somewhere different and one of my favourites in Esher

Hom and his team never fail to deliver. Food is excellent and the service friendly. On this occasion we visited with friends who hadn’t been before, so left it to Hom to choose a selection of dishes - absolutely outstanding!

The restaurant was packed, with a great buzz about it. Really lovely atmosphere. Authentic, with a real family-run vibe going on. Thank you Hom! Another great evening out! 👍

The food is very tasty and good sized portions with an authentic feeling menu.

The service is outstanding, even with a full restaurant.

We have been to Sherpa several times now and the food has always been very good. This last time especially: it was freshly cooked, tasty, light and not smothered in sauce as is so often the case.
