Overall food was good except the quantity was not enough as it used to be. Could be better.
Chef was not very accommodating to our vegetarian needs and gave us an attitude when asked to keep meat spatula separate. He did not do a good job in dividing the food equally amongst 2 separate groups on the table

I've eaten here several times in the past, the experience has generally been good. This time around, not so good. The quality of the food was off...the filet mignon was awful--parts of it were not eatable. Veggies were soggy and flavorless. We had a brand new hibachi chef, who tried hard--but missed the mark. And our server was pathetic...not only was he inattentive to customers, but he failed to provided the new chef the necessary serving bowls and other necessary items. I felt like I was in a training video demonstrating how not to do things. This place is not cheap, and I expected much better for a birthday celebration.

I absolutely loved this restaurant. It was our first time there and everyone from the front desk, server and chef were so nice. I highly recommend for date night, special celebration, or just a girls night out. No one is sitting close to each other so it called my anxiety about Covid. The food was amazing, it was a little salty but a good salty.

Shinto is a great restaurant. I have never had a bad experience. The food is great and the staff are very customer friendly.

The food was atrocious. All four rolls were supermarket grade sushi at best. Won’t come back.

I had an excellent time my server Brittany was awesome and the Chef Jaime can cook. The manager Brandon has done an excellent job adhering to Covid-19 rules for indoor dining. I'm glad you guys are open.

As always Jaime and Juan never disapoint us with the delicious food!!! Servers are always super! Love this place. Chris the manager always tries to work with us when we request a cheff!

With this pandemic going on, Shinto did a pretty good job on their safety protocol. Not only masks are required when entering the restaurant, they limit the number of tables being used and also only allow one family per table. Each group sat pretty far away from each other. Food was still good and Chief was awesome. Will certainly go back again.

Waitress was extremely nice and allowed us to have an incredible first time eating sushi. She suggested a few options for us and suggested the “little delicious” which I LOVEDDDDD!

Sat 5pm decided to box up and carried out instead of dining outside in tent. Busy pickup service.

Our waiter was a guy very helpful and knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable and open to trying new things especially since this was my first time here. Lol which is why I had a nice size bill, which was well worth it. The waiter was one of the best waiters I’ve had in a very long time.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly which made our birthday experience great!

Our waiter: Tyler- he did great in the beginning and once you got busy he disappeared. He walked around with our credit card for 15 minutes before he remembered.

It was just ok. I wouldn’t celebrate a special event here. Food and Decor were just ok. I’ve had better.

Made a reservation only to find out they don’t have any available seats. Had to wait another 15-20 mins to be seated.

One of the nicest Hibachi restaurants I’ve been to. Not a long wait at all to be seated and the bar had ample seating while we waited. Great drinks! And great food. Plenty of selections.

The fire alarm went off half way through our meal and it was very annoying and loud, otherwise we love this place
