Top-notch experience, start to finish.

Everything was perfect. My wife started with the Salmon + Whitefish Rillettes (actually she started with the Blue Moon Sparkler cocktail which she had trouble not guzzling it was so good!), I with the Vermont Cheddar Soup. The Vermont Cheddar Soup is not to be missed.

For entrees my wife loved her Stuffed + Roasted Local Squash (a vegetarian option) and I had the Tamarack Farms Lamb Burger – which is so good I have trouble not ordering it every time we go.

We shared a superb chocolate dessert special – and my wife said her Cappuccino was one of the best she ever had.

And I would be remiss if I did not mention the excellent service provided by our waiter, Andrew. While we dine out often, and have been to many fine dining restaurants, rarely have we encountered such a polite, well-mannered, attentive individual.

Kudos to Simon Pearce for hiring such superb wait staff.

My sister ,a friend and I planned a “lunch” with great anticipation . We have been here several times. Service was very slow this time. We expect fine dining to be unhurried but there seemed to be only one server besides the host- so I would say things dragged . Also My chair tipped over and I fell - I was assisted up but .. I was not offered a comp dessert or coffee which would seem good customer service The chairs are cute but not very sturdy- very narrow base - I had hung coat and purse on back which caused me to fall back when I shifted my torso so be careful . Pickety Place had the same chairs but replaced them because of the balance problem.(BTW - we were not drinking alcohol) but probably should have .
I had their chicken fingers- which were dry / overcooked .I have had them before so know they do some very good ones- just not this time. The others had the quiche which was very good and the soups were wonderful
Dessert was lovely- a pavlova YUM!!!

You will not be disappointed. The menu has something for everyone. My husband is a big fan of the lamb burger. The special menu always has something different to try. Would absolutely recommend Simon Pearce.

Lunch at Simon Pierce is always great. My only complaint is my Fries were not hot. I love hot fries so that was disappointing.

We had the most amazing experience at the Simon Pearce restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing, service was exceptional! The entire restaurant was VERY clean, I felt very safe with all of the covid restrictions being followed.

Beautiful setting. Waitress was outstanding. Unfortunately the entrees were so so. The brisket dry and flavorless. The snitzel very greasy. The lobster risotto was excellent however. The bread pudding dessert was very good as well. I will go again but order differently next time.

Dining at the Simon Pearce Mill Restaurant is always a delight. Good food, good service, outstanding ambiance and the waterfalls was beautiful with ice starting to form. Also, their COVID-19 safety protocols were good.

Simon Pearce is our happy place. We travel about 150 miles one way a few times a year to enjoy the food and ambiance.

3 diners one with food that was not very good. Lamb burger was very over cooked (asked for Med. Rare, came well done) didn’t have flavor of lamb. Tasted like a well done hamburger. The sesame chicken was perfect as always, and chicken sandwich was also good.

The food was delicious, the seating and view of the river and waterfalls lovely.

It was awesome! Everything was delicious. From the soup to the cheese plate to the main meal.

I wanted to come back to the place I brought my mom last year and sit at the same table, so I could feel like she was still with me. While we couldn’t have the same table, we were right behind it so it was ok.
The food was amazing and I KNEW someone in that kitchen was West Indian when I ate that snapper. Everything was great

First time visit to Simon Pierce for a quiet New Years Eve celebration. Outstanding experience! The food was amazing and the people and atmosphere were perfect. Looking forward to returning again next year.

Delicious food, attentive service & beautiful atmosphere!

The food was very good and the atmosphere was cozy. Unfortunately, you cannot see the mill in the evening only during the day. The next door store was very nice with beautiful glassware. The only thing that we did not like as much was the service. It was quite abrupt, stiff, and chore-like.

I've dined at Simon Pearce since they opened and have never been disappointed. I took my now Fiance there for a first date 7 years ago and have gone back on that anniversary date and always find it special.

The food was awesome and the service is impeccable !!

The experience was great - the staff was phenomenal. We found the menu to be a bit limited compared to pre-COVID dining experiences at Simon Pearce.

Awesome spot with views of amazing waterfall and beautiful shop attached. Excellent food and not too expensive.
