   息子と2人で行って来ました。 ワインを注文する時に、好みを伝えると、おすすめを教えてくれたので、おすすめの中から選びました。 ワイン、サラダ、ステーキすべてが美味しかったです。 店内の音楽は大きめでしたが、周りのテーブルの声などが聞こえてこないためだと思います。 私は気にならなかったです。 英語が出来ない私でも、従業員の方達の感じが良く、また行きたいと思いました。

   The food was not good , not family friendly……. My 12 year old was very sad dinning there. There was no kid friendly menu. Not one item. Most steak houses have several choices of burgers or strips.

   Excellent venue and ambiance, but the service left much to be desired. I was able to be seated ~15-20 minutes earlier than my reservation, which was very nice. With that, after seating, a representative asked if "we wouldn't mind ordering our food from the bar, because the person serving our area had just completed two tables." This completely confounded me and my guest. I have never been asked to order a several hundred dollar dining experience "from the bar". The request actually came across as insulting... When the server arrived, it did not improve things. We ordered drinks, a starter, an entree, a steak and two sides. The Lobster Linguine was excellent, while everything else was decent at best. The Dry-Aged Delmonico was likely the most disappointing steak I've ever ordered from a restaurant of this preported caliber. The cook (medium-rare) was decent, but the steak was extremely bland, and equally tough, which was somewhat shocking. Overall, it was a decent experience, largely in part due to the amazing ambiance. I would only return to see if the steak flavoring and toughness were one-offs.

   Great ambiance, excellent service . The appetizers where fantastic crab cake with lobsters tail special was delicious. Orders the dry aged tomahawk came out perfect . Over all great music great design and most important great service and food.

   We were staying at the W and decided last minute to stay at the hotel to eat. We are so glad we did! The filet was cooked perfectly and the chef was so friendly and came to our table to make sure everything tasted good! We will definitely be back!

    I booked this restaurant based on my past experiences I had at the vegas location This location was a total disappointment Food was so bad. Dishes with oil all had a “gasoline” smell or taste or something I think the oil they were using was old Service was cafeteria level Drinks were 38 dollars each abs not impressive Steak was not properly cooked All the sides were botched. Everyone was amateur I was hosting the dinner and I was embarrassed how bad it was When I paid a huge bill in the end I felt robbed !!! The STK franchise need to do something about this location. It was the worst dining experience i had in LA in an expensive restaurant

    The service was fantastic, but I asked for more water several times and never received it. The lobster was okay. The filet was very delicious. Oysters good but small. Calamari okay not great. Cocktails tasty but couldn't taste any vodka. Adding just a little more would have been the perfect mix.

    Was an overall bad experience from the very beginning. Restaurant was very unorganized from the start. Arrived 15 mins early to our 7:45 reservation. When we pulled up to Valet we were told they were “full” but if we tipped $20 they would take our car as a favor, so to not hassle with having to try and find parking we did. When I checked in with the host for my reservation she said to me the restaurant is full and at capacity right now so it’ll be a bit of a wait, almost making it seem like we didn’t have a reservation. Weirdly, for them being full they were also still accepting reservations for just about anytime via OpenTable. We received the text that our table was ready and returned back to the host stand and they were still scrambling and didn’t have the table ready and asked us to stand off to the side while they figure out our table… we were asked to move twice from the security guard that was monitoring the front. When finally sat it took an additional 10 mins before our waiter greeted us and took our drink order. My husband ordered the oysters as an appetizer and he said they were not good. When the food came out our steaks and lobster were hardly warm and lacked flavor. We also ordered the chocolate chip cookie + ice cream for dessert and I don’t think I’ve ever tasted a worse cookie. It seemed undercooked and had a raw consistency. Dare I add the female DJ they had that night was also terrible. Not sure what was going on as we’ve had great experiences and food at other STK locations. Even the STK we’ve been to at an airport was far superior. There were other issues and upset customers that were sitting 2 tables over from us as well. The server blamed it on a recent table number change throughout the restaurant so not sure if that really had an effect. To top off the end of the night they couldn’t find our keys at valet so we waiting 15 mins till our car was finally brought up. Definitely won’t be back to this location with how poor our experience was

    Mood lighting would bring this place up to scale… for what they charge I was disappointed in the ambiance… felt like Applebees inside… VERY well lit, and was a biz kill… food was good though!

    Great waiter he was very detailed about the menu and gave great suggestions. Only thing I don’t remember him asking was how we liked our steak but I had to catch him before he left the table. The filet on the happy hour menu was well done but the filet during dinner was so tender, the mashed potatoes just melt in your mouth. It was soooo delicious

    This review is solely about the Valentine's Day lunch. STK is known for their steaks, their ambiance and their service. For lunch in Valentine's Day you are only treated to one of the three. The service staff was exemplary. They were timely with requests, accepting of substitutions, responsive, the drinks were amazing, the bartender was friendly and took feedback of our orders. The service was amazing. The food and ambiance, unfortunately we underwhelming. The dinner service usually happens indoors and they are only open in the evenings. Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that the menu would be limited and that we would be outdoors in the bar area known as The Hideout. On a normal sunny LA day, this would not be a problem but in February, the chill air and high winds just mean it's cold everywhere outside. The gas heaters kept going out because of the wind. The paper menus that were provided were being blown all over the place. I was not the only patron to complain but the complaints could do nothing to change the mind of management to go indoors. The limited menu was also a misrepresentation of the reason you come to STK. The options are more around seafood than steak. It was honestly just a painful menu to have. The food was good but far from the standard that STK usually holds themselves to. I'll be back for regular service, but I'll avoid any holidays or holding any events or gatherings at STK for the foreseeable future.

    I came here on a Monday, a day just before Valentine’s Day to celebrate a Galentine’s dinner with my girl. Upon entering we were greeted by Jeff, our waiter for the night. As it was our first time at a steakhouse he made us feel comfortable and he acquainted us with the menu. He talked about the drinks that were on the menu what kind of drinks would fit our palate. Thank you Jeff for making our experience great. As for the ambience I loved the changing colors of the lighting and how it leads toward classy wear & business casual wear. (Whatever mood you’re in) I also loved the choice of modern music, Not too wild of a choice just more like a chill vibe. Yes, I would come here again!

    We have been to STK in Las Vegas and we had a great experience. So we decided to try LA’s STK. This was our first time at STK in Los Angeles. STK is a great restaurant with a nice ambiance; however, I always compare the quality and taste of any steak to my three favorite steakhouses 1st being 555, 2nd Cut at Beverly Wilshire and 3rd the penthouse at Mastro’s. We tried different cuts: filet, dry aged delmonico, gold ranch ribeye, along with truffle and lobster butters and unfortunately they were all average. The tuna tartar, blue iceberg and the east coast oysters were excellent and tasty. Additionally, the service was great, Nate our sever provided us with excellent service.

    Incredible staff made the whole evening special. I had lobster and crab cake - perfection! My son had filet and loved how they melted the truffle butter over it. Definitely recommend!

    Been to a few STKs in the country but this was the worse experience. The waitress was kind of rude and the drinks sucked. The Mac and cheese was amazing as usual but that was the only good thing about my experience at this location. I definitely will never return to this location.
