The food was good , and the staff was friendly, Very accommodating Especially in these trying times. Would definitely return in the future .

Open table still allowed me to book this restaurant when it was clearly not open left me with out dinner plans on New Year’s Eve I should’ve been allowed to Make a reservation if it was closed. The day of I actually got an email confirming that I will be there again not right

First time at Strada Mia for dinner. We raved about the experience the entire time, and are still raving about it. Our server, Jennifer, was lovely and efficient. The food was stellar - not a bad bite to be had. I especially loved the wedge salad which was smothered with delicious, real blue cheese. We each had 2 drinks, apps, salads, entrees and desserts, and our bill was very reasonable ($150 including tip). It was very quiet for a Saturday night, due to COVID of course. It was great for us, but not for them I'm sure. If you're looking for a wonderful dining experience, don't hesitate to make a reservation! We felt safe the entire time. We're so happy we found this restaurant!

What an AMAZING SECRET, situated in the middle of Geddes Street in the heart of Syracuse's west side!!!....An EXCELLENT CHOICE WITH HREAT FOOD!!!!

Tried Strada Mia when we could not get a res at another Italian spot. It was very busy on a Saturday even at limited capacity. Our server was a little overwhelmed as she had two large parties to contend with along with other tables. but she was so sweet and kept smiling. The food was very very good. The portions were HUGE! We were not rushed and the bill was extremely reasonable. We will definitely be back when we are visiting the area again.

Great great service great experience

My dining partner and I were not happy with the guy who was table jumping without a mask on. He seemed to be known and it seemed to be okay with everyone. Not okay with us though.

Food and service was great. We were even able to be seated about 15 minutes early. Great value for the price.

Had a great dinner and food was excellent. One complaint was that they were obviously short staffed as we witnessed our waitress flying all over the restaurant. Waitress took our credit card and then took nearly 25 minutes to get our bill and no apology for delay.

Love this place

We have been to Strada Mia many times already and are happy to have it back open since pandemic shut down. We chose to have our anniversary dinner here because we knew we would not be disappointed. In one word...awesome! From beginning to end. Our server Cindy was a delight! Bar drinks were perfect. Food was impeccable. For dessert they offered a Pistachio Cheesecake that MUST be tried!! I mentioned to our server that the restaurant must keep it on the menu! Both of us had to take portions of dinner home with us and that gave us the chance to enjoy the next night
Do yourself a favor and make a reservation to come to Strada Mia. You won’t be disappointed.

A late lunch with a friend. We sat at an outdoor table. The food was great, nice wine list, and the service was excellent!

My husband and I enjoyed everything about our visit.

Restaurant was busy, service was extremely slow. Waitress said she would bring us bread, 45 minutes later came back to say there was no bread. Brought us our appetizer which was fair not that good and never checked on us for about half hour. Was almost 2 hours before getting dinner then I had to request bread again. Would not go back.

Staff was dressed more casual than you would expect at a good Italian restaurant. Food was average at best, tasteless at worst. Would not recommend.

An early evening dinner on a Saturday evening. Everyone was pleasant we were seated on time the service was quick and appropriate. The food was excellent! Definitely going back

Strada Mia is one of our favorite restaurants.
The service was absolutely outstanding, Bridgette is excellent. I had ordered a chicken dish which was overcooked and dry, the other dinner guest had a fish special for the night. It was ok but would not order it again. The noise level was very distracting at times everyone who was sitting outside would complain. This is something the restaurant could not control. There were motor cycles with loud mufflers and passer bys yelling at each other and the patrons.
Overall I strongly recommend this restaurant, their service and appetizers are fantastic and their dinner options are great.

We were driving through and we wanted Italian I searched for an hour and decided we would make a reservation. Oh my so worth the stop food was amazing Emily our waitress was a doll and I found a new wine ❤️This is a difficult time and we enjoyed our experience and noticed the precautions all we taking. Thank you for a peaceful relaxing and enjoyable meal !

Went there after a long day of getting two kids college dorms together. Ate outside where it was decorated nicely. Server friendly. Manager came around to see how we were doing. Servings were huge and tasty. Would definitely go back when I. Syracuse again.

Everything was wonderful except the street noise on the patio. It was a beautiful evening and aside from the traffic noise our experience was very pleasant.

Everything was excellent with one unusual comment from server (Destiny). The appetizer selection was excellent and we ordered multiple appetizers for our meal. At one point the waitress returned to our table and asked "if we were ordering entrees or still milking the appetizers." She may not have meant to be insulting but the comment did not sit well with me. This was the second time I was at your restaurant that month and on both occasions I did not use gift cards as I am sympathetic to the challenges restaurants are experiencing. I also tipped the waitress $50.00 for the same reason despite her comment. I bring this to your attention in support of your excellent establishment and to offer insight into how a potentially innocent comment can heard.

I've lived in Syracuse for 20 years, I love pasta but your riggies were amazing, the taste of your sauce and the kick of parmesan 🤯, I will definitely be coming back for seconds as that was my first time.

Our server was so sweet and fun! Bridget made our anniversary date night would request her every time!

Food was excellent and the service was even better. Given the nature of the restaurant it’s a bit pricy, but worth the money. 100% would recommend.

This is a great restaurant and never a disappointment. Tonight was the first time we had an issue & and it was with a sirloin steak. The staff bent over backwards to make it right. First rate service & professionalism. We will be back again soon!

Though the inside of the restaurant is beautiful we were seated at the table closest to the kitchen. I understand every kitchen has some noise from dinner service activity, the staff in the kitchen was very “boisterous” this particular evening. Our waitress was attentive and courteous, likewise professional. Our appetizers were very nice and we never wanted for either wine or water. The entrees were adequate but a touch on the bland side and my wife’s chicken was particularly dry. When she requested a box for all but her chicken, the waitress informed us that we weren’t the first to complain that evening about the chicken and assured us she would bring the matter to the managers attention. It was her opinion it may have been “ a whole batch of overcooked chicken.” If so why was it not removed by whomever is tasked with quality control of entrees leaving the kitchen.
As a gesture of condolence our desserts were comped by the staff. All of this was more or less a minor inconvenience but the vandalizing of our vehicle in the parking lot as we dined sealed the conclusion that we wouldn’t be returning to Strata Mia anytime in the foreseeable future.
