Place is horrible now ——-regardless of covid, food sucks and probably pre-made that’s y with limited options. 20% auto gratuity is a bit excessive, I’m all for it if service was really provided. *Check my account there I’m a great tipper* Comn water for a $1.00, really.
Will never go there again unless it becomes the way it was or close to it even with covid.
My drink had hair in it. The manager fixed it no problem!
I wish they would’ve told us they were taking orders at the counter... it was so humid in the restaurant. No air flow. Kind of disappointed for how much it costs to eat here. Only bottles of drinks.. took forever to order, only 2 people taking orders. Again disappointed
Hi understand that COVI-19 is affecting us special when you go to eat to a Restaurant. But this restaurant has the Worse service. I think since you paid in advance for your food and tip was included already. The tips was kind of high about 20% or for the bad service I received. The waitresses do not care about customers. They didn’t give plates for my appetizers, neither napkins. The table was clean but chairs were dirty and they were not clean.
To be honest It was not worth it to go there. Only because the cool drinks that they serviced but other than drinks. We just order appetizers and we decided not to eat there. It was WORSE services ever. We sent to have dinner to another restaurant.
The only person who really was taking care a few things was the guys cleaning tables.
Please train your personal to be more helpful and nice. Because some of them looked like they didn’t want to work.
The restaurant has raised its prices and added a 20% gratuity event though you no longer get waiters. You have to buy water (it only comes in bottles) and the soft drinks are 8 ounce bottles. When it is 85 degrees and you are sitting outside this is a bigger issue than it sounds. We ordered 3 hamburgers and some chicken and the tab was $200. 3 of the 4 meals were incorrect. The menu has been severely cut. I was really disappointed.
The food is average. I recommend a burger or the chicken and waffles. The reason to go is for the desserts. They are amazing.
It was so disgusting. They have a limited menu, which is understandable, however the service was horrible and the dishes were filthy!! They auto charges 20% gratuity, which is fine, but we didn’t have a server and we had to order our food ourselves at a counter. I also think I got sick from the filthy dishes. Don’t go. Complete rip off.
We went to celebrate a birthday. The atmosphere was very fun. In light of us in phase III and restaurants reopening things were very clean and sanitary. The menu was smaller than usual. I didn’t really like the forced upon gratuities added to my bill. I also thought the cost was very high. $7 for French fries on the side seems exorbitant. I also noticed many patrons only purchasing food for their children and sharing because as I over heard a patron state they couldn’t afford for the adults to eat and the children. For burgers and fries and comfort food the food itself was not that special for the prices to be so high. And from what I observed many were celebrating birthdays. However, it was sad to observe people not all eating while celebrating to keep the bill down. Many people are unemployed and the high food costs and the forced gratuity made for a bit of a somber vibe rather than festive. We’re all recovering and healing. It’s not the time for franchises to stick it to their customers.
Service was fast, food and drinks were good. Server was polite, helpful, and attentive. Food and drinks were quite expensive.
Waited 30 minutes after our reservation to be seated. In the meantime, we watched two groups of 10 be seated before us. After speaking to the host 3 times, we were finally seated at a table that had been open from the time we arrived. Waited over an hour for our food, the appetizer we ordered was never brought to us. It was brought out with our meal. When I got my food, the food was cold. Keep in mind, I waited 45 mins for the food, and it was not even semi warm. The staff and managers were very apologetic of this issue and fixed everything. But I was not satisfied with my experience
