Service was great. Food was decent.
Nice atmosphere and great sevice. Edgar was an exceptional waiter!
Very very loud. Food is good but a little over priced. Service charge is 20%. The goblets are filled with a ton of ice so you don't get that much to drink if you're sharing with someone. You basically pay 44$ for a drink in a big bowl with candy. Fun the first time but not that great again after.
The appetizers were just fair and overpriced. The meal was very good but again overpriced. The desserts are overpriced but very decadent, not really worth $20 for a milkshake though. Nice experience and good service.
Food was amazing! Drinks were pretty good. We sat on the patio. There weren’t too many people. They played some good music. Definitely recommend the chicken and waffles. Fairly pricey, but worth it!
Food was great drinks a little expensive but I don’t care they were good and one had me feeling great… I would definitely be there again and again love the atmosphere as well. My wife was also happy with everything
Why are you reading reviews and not there all ready and make sure you try the burgers and wings you will not be disappointed!!!
Took my granddaughter for her 6th birthday and she loved it
I got an order of wings. Extra crispy was the best. The food and the drink Blue Cotton was great.
We went to Sugar Factory for my son's sixth birthday. We were sat in a very large booth that had a very small table for six people. We asked the hostess if we could sit in another booth that was open and she said that they had a large party coming in and it was a table for 7-8 people and we only had 6. The table sat empty the entire 2 hours that we were there. Meanwhile we were all on top of each other and had food almost falling off the table because it couldn't accommodate plates and drinks for 6 people.
The food is okay. It is overpriced bar food and not a lot of options. There was no cake for my son's bday... only the ice creams available for purchase.
The environment is fun for a kid's birthday... they liked the lights and the music. It was way too loud for adults though and I felt bad for bringing my parents there.
Our server, Roger, was very kind though and made my son feel special on his birthday.
The place is cool and inviting. We will return next year.
This place is definitely an experience you need!! The food and drinks are definitely pricy but I feel as if it’s the experience you’re paying for and it was 100% worth it! The food was amazing and so were the drinks, our waiter was great and it was overall worth the money.
Food and drinks weren’t really the problem here. It was the service. Barley checked on. Didn’t get my order right. I’m quite disappointed that i was Charged 20% for service when it completely sucked.
Food came fairly quickly but had a hair in it but our waiter James was very apologetic and had the kitchen staff make me another plate. There was a music festival going on so the noise was understandable but the restaurant turned their music up louder than the festival and that was frustrating. There was a table behind us that was extremely rowdy and there were people standing up right behind us and when it was mentioned to the host or hostess that we couldn’t enjoy our meal, we were dismissed. It is pretty pricy place which isnt an issue. I could return, but i wont.
Great experience! Better than when I first went 4 years ago! Prices are ridiculous but I don’t mind paying before a good experience! Oh and the waitress was so attentive and nice!
Roger was a great waiter, very attentive. Prices are a little silly, honestly. Didn't really care for the scaled down menu but it's a sign of the times, I guess. Love the vibe, great staff!
All for me 💯❤️!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Food was absolutely terrible. Grill cheese was cold and the heel was used. Had to ask for our tomato bisque soup.
Drinks didn’t come until after the food had arrived and I had asked doe the manager.
Cancelled the order- paid for one of the meals and app. 20% service charge was included on the bill. I should have requested that to be removed as well.
We left our 8pm dinner hungry and still paid a $48 bill. Beyond unhappy.
Hopefully my experience was a one off for that night.
Good experience for my daughter turning 16. Prices are really high and you get good portions but taste and flavor could be better.
Great drinks and food was good. We got our food in 5 minutes. A little in the expensive side. Louder than we expected, but not terrible. It seems like this place wants to move people in and out as fast as possible, which makes sense considering how many are trying to get in.
We had an amazing time. I loved the ambiance and the food. My daughter's birthday dinner was one to remember.
Service was amazing! Food was hot and presentable. Shakes were perfect. Service was friendly,at tentative. This location was well worth the hour drive.
Great food and atmosphere. Friendly staff, very accommodating
Service and ambience was nice. Food was okay, but lukewarm and not cooked to order.
Celebrated my daughters 15th Birthday 🥳 It’s the place she picked to go. Everything was good service wise and ambiance but drinks and food was not all that. Overpriced and not good. I do have to say the milkshake was good and for a table of 6 we spend almost $500 mind you it was just 4 kids and they have no kids menu
My family took me here for my birthday. The kids absolutely loved the place, as there is a candy store attached to the restaurant. The food was good, but the main event are their drinks. Their milkshakes are on steroids and the kids each had one that they loved. I had a fishbowl Long Island Iced Tea. It was huge and you only need one, but it was too sweet for me with the twist of candy added to it. I guess that's why its called the Sugar Factory, everything has a sweet side to it. I'd definitely brings the kids back because their love of the place made it a special time.
Our 2nd visit (first was in May). We loved it the first time only to return to disappointment. We returned mostly for the dessert, banana split which was about half the size and missing the malt balls though it was still great tasting. Food portions were smaller plus 20% service fee. Ouch
Food was terrible for the price we paid. The music was very loud, it was hard to hear each other at the table. Do not go if you have sensory issues
We went for my boys’ 7th birthday. They loved it. The food was fine. Not great but fine. But that’s not why we were there. We got one huge fish bowl drink and two milkshakes. The put sparklers in each and sang happy birthday. My kids were ecstatic! I can’t imagine going without kids but to each HOA own.
Overpriced especially with a 20% service fee added to the bill.
Very overpriced, food tasted basic. Drinks expensive but good and large.
Very nice atmosphere
Everything was great
Overpriced and mandatory 20% service charge, so service is pretty slow and disinterested since they are guaranteed a tip anyway. Good was good, but but not go back.
Great place. Atmosphere was safe. Birthday celebration for a cousin was awesome. Thanks.
Our waitress provided excellent service, drinks were awesome
Great time/Great options for photos/wait time although we had a reservation
Great experience will go back server was awesome
Outrageously overpriced for what you get. 42.00 for a drink that was pretty much just sugar in a glass with a shot. You don’t even get to keep the cup. Our meal was 300.00 and we got mediocre bar food.
The food was good, but pricey.
Took awhile for a waitress to come to us, but once she did she was attentive.
We came close to close and our server Daniela was amazing.
