   Chris and Billy are the bomb! The drinks were perfect, and the “well-done, burnt, incinerated pizza” was finally cooked to order. Even the middle pieces were not soggy. Good job, gentlemen!!!

   Sad to see this and other LEYE restaurants slipping. Tonight we waited almost 50 minutes to receive our food after ordering. The pork tenderloin was overcooked and a bit dry. The rigatoni was warm at best.

   We've eaten here before, but this was our first time bringing our 1 year old. We were so impressed and grateful about how accommodating / kid friendly the staff was. They brought a high chair and kids menu right away, and our son's food was brought out about 10 minutes later. Highly recommend for parents of young children!

    great spot great food! a bit pricey but worth it. had a reservation at 230 for lunch but stopped by at 1230 and they were able to seat our party of 5 after graduation, so we were very pleased :)

    We arrived much earlier than our reservation and were put on the list. I my had to wait 20 min. Great atmosphere, food, and service. Our table really enjoyed the truffle fries.

    Poke nachos are excellent. MASSIVE portion of truffle fries. I’d like to see anyone try to finish it. Service was decent. Lettuce places ALWAYS ask about food allergies, except this place. Luckily neither of us had any. Typically like the food to be coursed out. The entrees came out while the apps were only halfway enjoyed. I’ll probably still go back because the cookies are absolutely ridiculous.

    The three percent covid upcharge is still in force, long after the covid excuse can be used. It's not much money, but it's unethical, because they bury it in fine print on the menu. The response from Lettuce Entertain You, the parent company, is that if the customer asks them to remove it, they will. But most customers won't even notice it, as I didn't at numerous Lettuce places until this time. Hate it, won't be dining at any Lettuce places until it's gone.

    Our food was not great. The soup would've been wonderful but it came out cold/lukewarm. My tacos had 0 flavor and the chicken was cold. We got our appetizers before our drinks came out and we had been waiting 20 mins before we could get our drink order in or were greeted at all. I've been here previously and loved it so I am not sure why they are going downhill. Pretty sad I brought my mom here for mothers day thinking she would love it and it was a total bust. No longer one of my favorite restaurants.

    My wife and I had the breakfast sandwich, which was excellent. I had the shoestring fries, and my wife had the side salad, and both were good. My daughter had the strawberry waffles, which she said was great as well. They even had an amzing selection of cookies as you come in, including a chocolate chip cookie with bites of rice crispy treats on top ... crazy. Lovely space, comfortable, and the service was excellent. Will definitely be back.

    The woman at the reception is outstanding. She has the best smile, is so friendly and pleasant and energetic..just lovely. Our server was perfect..sorry, I didn't catch her name. But we asked for a booth, in the shaded room, and we got exactly what we wanted. It was so much quieter there and cooler and perfect! The hamburgers were delicious! The choice of fries or salad was great, the fries were super good and guiltless (!). The food and drink menu was nice and varied. I will definitely come more often. However, one glass of wine (18$!!), one iced tea, one iced coffee and two hamburgers ...the bill was over $100 with tip. The rice krispy treat was the chosen birthday dessert, and probably should have been comped?? I know prices everywhere on everything have skyrocketed, but I do have to say..that was A LOT for two plain burgers, no buns!!! Again, though, everything was delicious, and we didn't feel rushed.

    We were seated very close to a large family with kids getting up constantly crashing into one of our guests chairs. Our server was very professional and offered to switch out my husbands meal when he didn’t like it. The halibut dish was fine but not fantastic- the accompanying salad was far too salty. The Brussels sprouts were doused in balsamic so the flavor was overpowering. Not certain we will return but hope to give it another try.

    We always enjoy our experience here at the Summer House. The food is very fresh and delicious, the service is very good. The ambience of this restaurant always make us feel like we are dining and the beach is right out the door. Our go to place if we are feeling the vibe of the beach.
