Ted's Bulletin - Reston
The tables of 4 outside could use just a bit more separation.
Neat place in Reston, great food, wait staff was helpful and courteous.
Awesome food and service! Prompt service and courteous staff.
Great food, but loud and lots of large tables and so folks in smaller tables were squeezed in between these bigger parties so we ended up moving our table and sitting at bar. Otherwise, great!
Let me start with the fact that this was not my first visit. The food was great as always but the service was the opposite. Had to wait for 30 mins to get a drink and then another 20 mins after that to place our order for food. The place was not packed so it does not explain the wait. Also we had to ask the waiter multiple times for our tarts before they arrived on our table cold. Was not the best experience I was looking forward to for a Mother's Day dinner.
Everything about this restaurant is awesome! Do yourself a favor and try it out!
The server was either very bad or very new. Margarita arrived looking like soda water and tasted horrible. I took it to the bar myself because our server was nowhere to be found. Bartender looked at it like nothing was wrong with it, and then I saw him look up the ingredients for a margarita when he went to re-make it. Booth seats are ripped and shabby. Food was ok. This place used to be great. Not sure what's going on recently.
Dewayne was a wonderful server and it was a special Mother’s Day kick off to the whole day!
Food portion comes much less than before. Add slices of avocado can cost you $2, but they only give you 1/4 of the avocado.
always friendly service and reliable quality food!
First time we've visited! We had a reservation for 6 at 11am on Saturday - table was ready within a few minutes - no issues. Service was fast and friendly. Food was excellent. Can't believe we've been missing this gem.
Super fast service. Food a good value. Upscale diner something for everyone. Vegetarian options. Good bloody mary.
Everything was fine, but only the el Diablo cocktail was great. Ordered the blooming mushroom (which was gluten free, yay!), red kale salad, and veggie risotto (which had only rice and mushrooms, but I love mushrooms and was happy). All were tasty enough but for this price point, presentation could have been better... a little parsley or lemon on the risotto, more neatly salad elements, etc. Also they were out of gluten free pasta that day, so maybe call ahead if that is critical for you.
Breakfast food wasn’t very good. Nice place overall.
Our service was a bit off this time - I wanted some hot sauce with my meal, but never managed to catch a server's eye until they came to take the empty plates off our table. Our server never came over to see how our food was. Otherwise everything was great as usual.
Great breakfast, every time.
Awesome! Kevin our server was great!
We went for breakfast and it was good. The waiter was excellent. The food was good. The prices are rather high so we do not go there very often. Otherwise it's a great place to eat.
Our server Anthony was great! Very personable and gave great recommendations on the food and dessert!!
Average menu, nothing special though I did not try the highly lauded Teds Tarts. Coffee was not good and the French toast was dry. My friend said her meal was flavorless. Price for the quality was on par. Not the worst thing I’ve ever had and I was in and out for less than $20.
Wonderful comfort food and as always, top quality. We were a party of ten and all of our meals were fantastic. Wish we saved room for the home made pop tarts!
Wonderful food and unique atmosphere. Everything came out quickly. Once our server brought the meal he did not check back at all, so we waited 15-20 minutes for water and the check after finishing. Not a big deal as we weren’t in a rush.. but notable. Another server who was very attentive and friendly came by with boxes and the check. Overall, not sure what happened toward the end there but the experience as a whole was pleasant!
Excellent food, great service, and their pop-tarts are amazing! Beet salad with grilled chicken was delicious. Serving sizes are generous. A tad on the pricey side for a burger.
Always so much fun! Jenn is the best waiter ever! Cocktails are great especially The Big Ugly. Food never disappoints.
Was a great first and last Valentine's dinner with the person I was with. Thank you Ted's.
Greg, the manager on duty, was attentive and resposove to us and our need to switch out appetizer! And Ryan, our waiter, was excellent! Can’t wait to return!
Early Valentine celebration with my nephews
During this visit, the restaurant was out of selections that we wanted to try out. The sides that we ordered was fair. The staffers were wonderful. The temperature in the restaurant was super cold. (Aside: We sat in the main dining room). Overall we enjoy our visit. Just have some mixed feelings on whether to return to this location.
Ted Bulletin is a go-to if you want great breakfast food at an non-breakfast hour.
My server (Samir) was WONDERFUL. Food was very tasty. Latte was delicious. Varied menu...lots of options, including breakfast all day! Upscale diner atmosphere. Fun place.
Food is really good. Service is above average. The killer is the noise level. Unless you are in the bar area it is really loud.
From the time you step into Ted's, your blood pressure, just goes down. The hostess greet you, cheerfully. The wait isn't long and the wait persons are pleasant, the food is above average, I love this place.
They weren't ready for our reservation when we arrived. We were seated 9 minutes after the reservation because they decided to sit the four groups that were waiting inside first. Kind of made the reservation useless in my opinion. The food was excellent as usual though.
Basically this restaurant needs to train the staff to be consistent.
terrific cobb and greek salads, even served at breakfast time! Most accommodating and yummy
