Ted's Bulletin - Reston
Great spot for breakfast. Hear their Ted's Hash is fantastic, among a variety of other options. I actually went for lunch and had a sandwich. If you like a little zing in your food, their Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich is a must have - delish!
Great meal and better service. Monica was the best.
Nice atmosphere, attentive server who was happy to answer questions for a guest with food allergies.
Loved the food and our server was great.
The atmosphere was great, the food was very good, and the service was good, but it seemed a little chaotic with having three different servers wait/check on us.
Manager stopped by and checked on us, nice touch.
We will be back, and hopefully the service is a little less chaotic.
Birthday, early breakfast. Had area to ourselves for about 15 minutes than 2 families with crying babies were seated directly behind us. Crying babies are not the restaurant’s fault but it did ruin the ambience/mood. It would be nice if couples aren’t surrounded by
Probably our fifth visit or so, but not rushing back again. The food was mediocre and the service was friendly but rushed. The restaurant was busy but appetizers came out in minutes, immediately followed by the Main. Felt like being in an airport eatery. I overheard tables around us also being asked about dessert as folks were maybe halfway through the main course. It was hours from closing and some tables were lingering after their 20 minute meal. The Steak Frites was 90% cold fries and 10% sliced beef. Bernaise sauce could pass for tartar sauce. Very disappointing.
After hearing about Ted’s for awhile, we finally made reservations and went out for dinner. We were greeted by a waitress who seemed annoyed by our presence, though we had no special requests. The food arrived quickly but was nothing to brag about. I had steak frites and the fries were stale and the steak under seasoned. We ordered drinks and desert and the waitress still seemed bored with us, maybe she was having an off night. The novelty of drinks and deserts were just that, a novelty. I won’t go out of my way to return.
Friendly service, good food, special attention to dietary requirements.
The service was fine. Food was good. It took a while for the staff to clean the tables around us and the restaurant wasn’t crowded.
For a 5:15pm reservation on a Thursday night, they were out of 2 menu items and a beer which our table ordered. It wasn't busy at that time so unsure if it because a truck didn't arrive or what. Not a great impression for our out-of-town guests who we brought to celebrate a birthday. However, the food and beverages that were ordered were fine as was service.
New Year’s Day brunch family gathering. Food was good but service a bit slow. Restaurant was full so service was not as efficient as normal. Otherwise no complaints
Need years day brunch with the grandchildren.
Nice atmosphere, good food, attentive waitress, all in all, a very good place for dinner.
Great place for a large group dinner. Our waiter Nick was amazing and so polite!!!
Seated quickly based on reservation - server was prompt and courteous. Food was great!
Despite having a reservation, we were seated 25 minutes late. Service was very slow....we were told they didn’t have coffee available at 10:30am?
Hello Amy, this is very odd. Please contact us at info@tedsbulletin dotcom when you have a moment.
Yummy food! I had the salmon salad. My husband had the Mexican street corner salad. And we shared the tater tots app. The homemade ranch for the tots was really delic!
My colleagues were pleased with the great food and large portions.
Service was slow and forgot several things we asked. We were party of 7
The restaurant wasn’t busy when we walked in at an early hour, but service was quite slow. We were ready to walk out when our server finally came over to our table. We ordered and again, it took forever for our food to arrive. It probably shouldn’t have. It was quite bad. The Mexican Street salad wasn’t eatable, therefore, that went uneaten. My short ribs were stringy and tough, and my husband’s burger wasn’t what it used to be. We ordered chocolate cake with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and left 3/4 of it - stale at best. All in all...quite a forgettable meal and service. Won’t return!
Hello, this is very disappointing to hear. Please contact us at info@tedsbulletin dotcom to discuss.
I’m completely disappointed with Ted’s Bulletin. My son chose to celebrate his 16th birthday there with his friends this afternoon. 1st of all I called to ask if we could bring a cake and I was told “no problem, we do it all the time”. Then I made the reservations on opentable and put in the notes that we’ll be dropping the cake of. On the day off, I went there about an hour before their arrival time to drop off the cake and specifically asked if they they could manage serving it at the end of their meal - I was told “no problem”. I even said jokingly “please don’t forgot or screw it up”.
Not only did they forget to serve them the cake, they also forgot to give the cake back to them to take home. My husband had to turn around after picking them to go and collect it. And instead of at least apologizing, a manager on duty just shrugged and said he wasn’t under any orders to serve anything.
Additionally, I just found out from my son that whe the waiter brought the check he told “thank you for coming and make sure you leave a generous tip”. I can’t begin to say what is so wrong about that statemen but I think it speaks for its self.
Teds bulletins customer service is very disappointing and rude to boot.
Great food great service!!!
Fun outing with great alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, good food, and excellent service.
I tried their peanut butter banana milkshake and got a mild allergic reaction. A few hours later my throat started swelling and I was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. I am severely allergic to melon and I am wondering if they cut all their fruits with the same knife or cross contaminated their food. I will not be coming back. Their food almost killed me.
Great food and company
Very poor service and extremely noisy! Expensive too.
Our server was fantastic!!! We included two teenage girls with lots of special requests. He was GREAT.
Overpriced and less than tasty breakfast. Could find better almost anywhere else. Ted Tarts we're good as always.
The waiter was great. Quick and courteous. Food was great as always. Cool atmosphere.
I order a dish of sword fish which in the menu sounded great. the fish was extremely salty and the meat soggy. the fish came with cauliflower, which was also too salty.
A breakfast must! Love the avocado toast! Great place to meet up with friends
Ted's was a great place for breakfast before going to the airport. A wide variety. The only complaint was the coffee didn't taste good. We told our server who graciously took it off the bill.
Everything was great! We had a great family diner.
I have to admit being addicted to Ted’s. Whether I’m eating alone at the bar or enjoying the company of friends, I’m always able to find excellent, appealing meals, in a great family spot.
Portion of Hash Browns was disappointingly small. Bacon not very good. Eggs were Over Easy, but came with crispy edges. Toast was cold. Server great.
Maybe execution from Kitchen was lacking ..... restaurant was not very busy. Appreciated parking validation.
Will return to this establishment, but perhaps not this location.
Perfect over easy egg!
Love this place
Awesome food and great value, especially for brunch! Really fast service and quick turnaround time for receiving our food after placing our order. Highly recommend!
