The server was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I thought the food and drinks were a little expensive. I thought that charging me two dollars to substitute Broccolini instead of red potatoes was cheesy and petty. That kind of petty stuff determines whether I come back or not. I am looking for true customer service without a bunch of silly charges especially when I spend a lot of money and tip the server well.

The service was outstanding! The ambiance was nice and actually quiet. A great romantic place. The food was delicious and prepared well! Was a bit pricey. Great location!

We love Terza! The food is wonderful, the ambiance is very pleasant and the service is second to none. We love that the management team comes by to visit and assure that we are pleased. Even the chefs will make adjustments to the menu if possible to serve a meal to ones liking.

It was fantastic! Everything was so fresh and delicious. When visiting Mayo Clinic I would highly recommend this restaurant. We are from New Orleans and use to great food. From the service to the quality of the food it was outstanding. Thank you Cory for making this evening so delightful 💗

They evidently have not updated their reservation page as we were not told they were closed to in house dining. Many others on Open Table have theirs updated with the correct information. To say the least, here we were from out of town and had to find a meal at the last minute. If we had known they were not open, we might have ordered food to go, but were unsure of even that

Not my first dinner there and won’t be my last. Did not disappoint.
Impressive wine list although the glass I had was indifferent. The wine was a blush and lacked finish, bouquet and flavor.
Dinner was excellent and the cocktail superb which made up for it.

The price of Terza is worth it. The food, service, and ambiance are exceptional. Honestly, I googled "expensive restaurants in Rochester, MN" and found this, and it was a great way to have an extra-special date-night with my wife.

We love this restaurant! Our server was fantastic! We are creatures of habit and always have the same things. I had the Terza salad with the dressing on the side and salmon. Delicious! My guy had the Pappardelle Grilled chicken. He said it was good but the vegetables were not up to the usual standard.
We will be back!

The food is overpriced for the amount that you actually get, especially with the appetizers. $10 for 4 cheese curds, you can get a giant plate of cheese curds at Tap House or Newts.

Everything about this place was wonderful. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our anniversary dinner. Diners were appropriately spaced out, service was prompt and helpful, and the food was out of this world! It is my favorite place in Rochester!

Great restaurant. My friend and I each got salads then split the filet mignon. The steak was cooked perfectly and was just divine. Definitely a high end restaurant but good for a special occasion.

Knowledgable and friendly staff, delicious food! We got the seasonal special lamb shank and wine pairing.

Absolutely fabulous food. Go with the mushroom tagliatelle. Handful of house made pastas are excellent. Good wine selection. Dessert is also very good and made in house. Highly recommended.
