My overall experience was okay I’ve had better service before. It was my first time to this location. It was a busy Saturday night plenty of staff on the floor and the servers didn’t pay much attention to our needs. The meat seem like it wasn’t coming around fast enough and it wasn’t much variety like it usually is, we had to ask for lamb chops 3 different times when we were first approached asking what meats would we like. The salad bar was good but not as many choices as it was before COVID. Also the restaurant was packed I mean every table full, it seems like it was at full capacity, however I am not sure what capacity Virginia is at. I would come back but just on a day that’s not super busy so I can get better service and not so many people.

Didn’t live up to its traditional standards. Yes, blame COVID. Salad bar was 1/4 of what it usually was. Slow service. Good COVID precautions. The worst thing, no traditional anniversary piece of cake. Too bad they took nicety away. Not worth the drive to get there and back anymore.

Texad de Brazil has done their utmost to make customers feel safe and secure while dining. The food is very good and plentiful. There is a bit of hustle and bustle as servers approach tables offering food, and the noise level is pretty high. Go hungry as they'll offer you one tasty morsel after another.

My experience was not great. I found this place to be overpriced for the quality of service and quality of meat.

Fantastic service and food. Very safe and laid out well to keep clean. Sanitizer and gloves (simple to put on take off) for salad bar. Tables and chairs completely sanitized. Well done TDB!!

It is the best lunch ever. Love the top sirloin. The salad is perfect.

I really liked the place and the service, the food is very tasty and authentic Brazilian food.

The service was top notch. The staff explained how the restaurant worked while going into details of how they're keeping things sanitized. They checked on us periodically to make sure everything was to our liking without feeling like they were hovering over us. Everything about the experience was excellent.

We sat very near the entrance and it was a cold day. Every time people entered or exited we got a cold blast of air. Seems the outer set of doors were broken and didn’t close so more cold air than usual was likely coming in. Would have enjoyed more if we weren’t freezing the whole time. Long wait for requested meat selections.

a Brazilian steakhouse is famous for its delicious meat however it's also famous for the salad bar. The salad bar was delicious and abundant. The cuts of meat were delicious. The top sirloin and the flank steak were my favorites.

Excellent food and service as always. Looking forward to our next visit.

All the meat was very good, the salad bar could have been way more with that amount that you are paying, was our first time but will not go back. They can do a little more that what we seen.

Always amazing service and food. Never a bad experience, and definitely look forward to returning.

The atmosphere was nice, not too loud. The plantains were so delicious!!!

Nice restaurant, wife and I went for our anniversary. I noted it was our anniversary when made our reservations and mentioned to hostess when seated. Come to find out my wife had even mentioned to our server. Noting was ever said or noted from anyone. Not asking for anything free but I would have even paired extra for a special dessert. Food was very good and service was acceptable. Sometimes we feel rushed but not this visit. I guess my main question is why ask if a special occasion and not acknowledge at least by saying “thank you for choosing us for our special day”

Valentines day

I would like to have my meat serve when I’m starting eating my salads same time it take longer to serve the meat. and I would like to have different kind of meat every round . Some time they came with the same kind two times in a row.

They really go above and beyond to make you happy!!!!!

I understand that things are different at a lot of places since the pandemic, but this was the most disappointed I have been with a place that I was spending a lot of money at in a while. First of all the manager had to get involved for them to bring out the meat. The manager did fix it though. But the thing that ticked me off the most is when you are paying the bill through that little console that the waiter brings to the table, the waiter STANDS OVER YOU while you rate them and give them the tip. It’s like they are trying to intimidate you into giving them a high tip and a good rating. I have made the decision to not go to the Texas de Brazil in Fairfax anymore. I will try another location though. Perhaps we could try the one in Richmond next time.

I took my new friends their to let them know why I love Texas de Brazil. Service was terrible then in salad bar there are people who is not wearing mask and no one is watching. No one ask us if we need refil for water this is worst service ever. I got out from the place coughing my lungs out my throat got very dry. I can’t believe we never had anyone come to our table that I can ask for water. Our waiter got busy explaining our bill that how much he makes out of the tip this was just terrible killed the taste in my mouth very bad service

As always, food was good. I was still a little reserved about the salad bar being open. I wish it was still order and have it brought. They did use a lot of precautions.

Meat came around very slow this time. Still, one of my favorite places to eat.

We have been here several times and have never had a complaint. Everything was amazing!

Birthday celebration

The main waitress services was the only good thing about our visit this time.
Initially, the were bringing meat to the table fast enough; and then, they lined up at the table when we brought the issue up to the waitress. On top of that, my wife asked for medium done, and they were Service medium-raw to her even after explicitly asking for it. To top it all off, do you know what the red/green card is use for? Well, it seems that the server didn’t and were bringing food food to the table even when the card were on the red side; we eventually had to point to the card an tell them “look it is on the red side”.
Finally and more on the personal choice, the meat variety was limited this time (red meat only).

Husband’s birthday

I am meat lover and love to eat at Brazilian like Fo go de chao , Chima steak house and Texas de Brazil.
But Texas de Brazil outstanding customer service make me to choose them .
Specially, the GM Jorge make feel every guest special by greet each table and ask for assistance.

There is not single time when he didn’t visit my table to ask for assistance.

He has a caring approach and he is a true professional. All the staff is very caring .
Doesn’t matter it’s table of 10 folks or just one person they provide excellent care.( I usually visit by myself)
I believes great service makes customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship that means more than just making a sale . I am going to Texas de Brazil more then five years but always have great experience.

It’s my favorite restaurant but last Saturday was bad we didn’t eat enough I just got tierd from calling for meat that’s we left and I paid .

I was disappointed that they didn’t follow covid restriction properly. Tables were closer than 6 feet and over crowded fir a time like this. It is overprice considered the quality of the food, service and ambiance. I would not go there again.

It was my friend's birthday and she enjoyed the dinner.
