Once seated, guests can then begin their dining experience by helping themselves to our extravagant 50-60 item seasonal salad area. You will find this is a steakhouse that even vegetarians love. Sample four freshly made in-house salad dressings, gourmet artisan breads, imported cheeses, fresh buffalo mozzarella, steamed asparagus with strawberry sauce, Brazilian hearts of palm, grilled Portobello mushrooms, Greek olives, shrimp salad, imported Italian salamis, sauted mushrooms, herbed sweet onions, feijoada (black beans), jasmine rice, spicy surimi sushi, soup du jour, and many other specialties.
We got seated right away. It wasn’t busy and social distancing played a big part in seating arrangements. The food was good as usual. You requested what types of salad you wanted and the server brought it to your table.
Our server was very polite and tried his best. The meat servers on the other hand were rude and ignored our table. We were there for almost 2.5 hours and still hungry due to the meat servers coming to our table. They (the one with the picanah and beef flank mainly) would make eye contact but ignore us.
Although the app asked if this was a special occasion, the birthday was ignored.
The food brought around by the Groucho’s was wonderful. It takes some getting used to the fact that the server is bringing you food from the salad bar buffet.
I would definitely return, but maybe after things go back to a different normal.
Our meal was wonderful! Our waitress was very attentive and helpful with selections. We had a fantastic experience and will be back again.
We were here last week, we really love this place. I feel sorry for them that they have to only have 50% seating but it does really help with the noise level. We will be going back in another week or so.
Outstanding, as always. Different with the restrictions on the restaurant.... but, still one f my favorites.

The staff haven't quite got the new service style down; had to ask for things multiple times. The selection of beef wasn't what it was prior to the pandemic.
Our drinks stayed empty, the waitress never took our order for the bar and our salads arrived at the end of the meal. The plates were not even provided after we had food in front of us!! NEVER GOING BACK.
I guess they did the best they could under the circumstances. There were many things that are usually on the buffet that were missing. Can't wait until everything gets back to normal.

$53 is quite a bit for current conditions. You just don't get the full experience as before. I know they are having to make adjustments during these times. I think they should lower the price a bit, offer up a simple salad, garlic mashed and the bread with all those delicious meats. The wife and I enjoyed the salad bar almost as much as the meats, just not the same.
Food was GREAT as always, having the server get our salad buffet was clumsy because she brought like 15 small bowls of what we wanted which totally filled the table. Because of less tables being used we could actually carry on conversations. It was a good time and we are going back in 3 days!
Party of 3, my Family was seated behind the cashier towards the front andthe bright outdoor light was daunting. Ambience was lost, they could have sated us further towards the main dining room. In all, food was excellent. Waiters kept passing us by as our seat location might have hampered the route back to the kitchen. Had to waive several times to get attention to serve us.
servers are not attentive to the needs of the customers ,don't even check if you do need some water ,plates are pilling up on the side of our table.

Our server Paula was fantastic. We probably should have ordered a lot less of the salad items, however, the meat was really tasty.
You cant have a buffet and have people serve themselves because of risk of the virus but you walk around exposed meat where the virus looms? You didnt think this out and we wont be back until you fix it. The meat is fine and the buffet is fine. If your servers are not healthy they shouldn't be there. If you cant eat food from a buffet you shouldn't be walking around meat fully exposed. Open the buffet back up. Walk the meat around and go back to the way it was before. The decisions your company is making makes no sense to consumers and since it makes no sense it makes no sense to attend your establishment. If meat can be exposed the buffet and salad bar can be exposed.
Best service. Thank you for opening your restaurant! We enjoyed getting out of the house and felt very safe while doing so!
Slighty different experience with social distancing measures, but still the same great feeling of satisfaction when you leave. The service seemed a bit more personal due to the lowered capacity.

I was under the impression that there will be a server at the salad bar and not a caution tape around it. We had to order the items we want from the salad bar from our server. This is too much work for them! They couldn't gauge how much sides we want, therefore, so much food wasted because we didn't finish what were served. This new normal serving sides on so many bowls and plates cramps the table. I felt claustrophobic while eating and extremely guilty after eating for not finishing the sides. Please have somebody at the salad bar to scoop out the food for us, that way we can say "just a spoonful or 2 bites", this way we can all avoid waste. Please...
My wife was so happy you were back open for Mother's Day. We really had an enjoyable family dinner. Everybody was so upbeat & our server really added a positivity to our meal.
I understand things are different during this pandemic but the experience was less then what we experienced in the past but it was good to eat there for Mother's Day.
Food and service was just as good as it was before reopening.
Really good as always! The cuts of meat are to die for. Very sad with the “new normal” where we cant go to the salad bar. But we enjoy the time as we celebrated Mother’s Day. Thank you for be open!!!!!
Great !! The food the service the experience was just amazing
I’ve been dining here 6 times a year since they opened. That’s over 12 years!!! I feel they opened too soon during pandemic and failed. After seated, took 13 minutes to get acknowledged by a server. We called ahead so we were aware of what the changes should be. They ran out of items they were way poised to have for the salad bar. They didn’t have items they said they would have. After ordering with the server, salad bar items took an average of 10 minutes to get. Meats were too rare even when requesting medium.
Again, this is a family favorite spot. This time we had a family of three so the meal was over $200. This time was not worth it and I recommend waiting before spending that much on half of the normal meal since they are charging normal rate for dinner.
They did a great job following the rules of social distancing.
I thought Sunday would still have lunch price. It’s dinner price at lunch. That pretty ridiculous
They worry about salad bar but the food cutter out thier food done within a good if everyone’s mouth. So next person gets breath on food... I have eaten there at least 200 times, yes I said 200. I would rate this time the worst... food guys missed my table always, I had to yell at them to come to me... the service was slow.... the price was to high for not having salad bar (waitress getting salad bar not the same). If my first time or two there was that night I would never go back... I will come back but I will wait for a more full opening.... ps. Making us wait outside in heat not good either, no chairs for us handicap
Our server was not that knowledgeable of available menu items nor was she attentive.
Our party was large so it was split into two different tables ---understandable. That's what made our poor service stand out even more as our other table received superior service.
We love Texas de Brazil....but our waitress was not good. She brought the salad, of course we understand that, but after several explanations we did not get what we ordered. Had to wait on meat service for a particular item despite asking no less than 5 times for that item. Food is always great...no problems there..but my EDDY lemon drop martini was not the best ..hope things will get better as we move through these phases.
