That Meetball Place

Great place to meet up. The music was loud but food was good. Miss the mixed options but a great night with my girls!

Food was excellent. Value is lacking. $14 for 3 medium meatballs (albeit very good) no pasta or side with it- the average person is going away hungry if all you order is the meatballs !?!? Sandwiches are excellent and normal portions for your money.

We had the best time dining at That Meetball Place. The appetizers and drinks were amazing!!! Make wure you get the cheddar bacon tots!!!

They have changed the menu and reduced the meatball selections , which was a big disappointment.

Service was absolutely terrible. The server refused to wear his mask over his nose and was abrasive. In addition, we received the wrong children’s menu which was not told to us until after we ate and there was another outdated menu from which we ordered from but was told it was not available. The timing between appetizers and the main course was horrible. All food was received at the same time resulting in main course being cold after we finished our appetizers. The server was unaccommodating to remedy this.

The noise level was obtrusive. The open windows and doors leads to excessive noise from the street. Due to being in Main Street, you get traffic noise that makes for a poor experience.

This was my second time at this place and I got a really good experience here and highly recommend it

Definitely glad we made a reservation. I was surprised how packed it was though. Plenty of choices, good food and cocktails.

Service was , clean and food was great

I won’t be able to leave a review because my reservation was cancelled as I was walking in the door.

I live an HOUR away so naturally we left our town at 545 pm to make our 7pm reservation.

As we are pulling into our parking spot at 640 my phone rings and the young lady informed us that the restaurant is at capacity and they will not be able to take us at 7pm but we can’t wait if we want but she doesn’t know when we will be able to sit down. I asked her nicely to hold on as I am literally outside their door and will be there in a second.

To my surprise there is a sign on the door saying they are closed for a private party? The hostess apologized and I asked why if there was a party would you take reservations for this evening? The answer... there isn’t a party- they are just very busy so they put that sign up to stop walk-ins.

Please don’t lie to my face.

Needless to say this franchise will never be getting any of my business.

We had a great date night at the Meetball place. They thankfully accommodated our request for a booth despite being 2 people. The menu has changed a lot due to covid and is much smaller. However, everything we ordered was delicious. The cocktails were a nice size and the servers and bus boys were very attentive. The only issue was waiting for a decent time between our appetizer and entree, but after we brought it to the server's attention, our food came right out.

Overall positive experience. Staff were very nice. Food was good. It was loud, but to be expected. I would come back.

Love coming back here. Our service was great and although it was loud (Friday night dinner), all workers were wearing masks and very diligent in walking around to make sure everyone was staying/dancing at their tables/seats and not standing; a few tables were getting a little crazy but security was walking around which made it feel very safe.

The waitress didn’t know her cocktail menu. They didn’t offer as many meatballs as they used to. Missed the seafood and veggie options. They need to bring the sampler balls back. Family enjoyed short ribs and salmon. Took long to get check. Social distancing observed. They were busy, maybe the waitress was new, not easy working on a pandemic.

The place was very clean, which I loved. The tables were all seperated and had the clear plastic around them blocking the next table. All the staff were in masks. We loved our waitress Kat. She was very accomodating to us, without us having to ask for anything.
All in all, everyone was very friendly. We will be back very soon.

Our subs were cold but we chose not to complain. We thought they were small. And for a place that specialized in meatballs we thought they were nothing special. My son liked his chicken sandwich on glazed donuts. the chips and fries were delicious.

They changed the whole entire menu and took out all the things we eat. It’s definitely not the same great place it was before. They took away the pancetta cream sauce and the Mediterranean chicken meatballs. That’s all my family ate there. We won’t be going back again. Very disappointed.

We sat outside because of the virus but kept getting a terrible smell from the garbage or something. Save yourself the trouble and sit inside, looked very clean and safe when we went in to use the bathroom!

I like the open atmosphere of the restaurant. It made me much more comfortable in these times of COVID. They also have plexiglass shields between each table and open doors.

Great time at meetball place! They took many precautions, appropriate spacing, hand sanitizing stations, as well as mask wearing. The food was delicious! Live music added to the night, it was not too loud and allowed for everyone to still hear one another!

We were pleasantly surprised to see the tables separated by plexi glass and that the Meetball place was taking the necessary precautions for safety in light of the pandemic...until our waitress came over. She was wearing a mask but would remove it to talk to us? Not sure what the point of wearing a mask is to protect us if you’re just going to remove it. We saw her sitting in the booth to the table next to us to take their order as well..no respect for personal space whatsoever. In a pandemic. I also work in a restaurant as a waitress and have to wear a mask in 90 degree weather so I know how serious managers take this rule first hand. She didn’t bring silverware, forgot our waters for awhile and ran our card under the wrong check. I will only return to this location to sit at the bar because the bartender was fantastic and basically took care of our table while our waitress was chatting with her regulars and clearly wanted nothing to do with us.

Way too loud, the menu is different than it used to be. This was my go to restaurant, not anymore. I probably won’t be back.

Good food! They have a limited menu right now but still did a great job and got what I wanted to order anyway!

Went for birthday party. It was the first Friday that indoor seating opened. Everyone was spaced. Waitress was great.

Everything was really good, but not what I went there for. Be aware that they completely revamped their menu and no longer do the mix and match sauce and balls. There were a lot fewer meatball options in general. Maybe time for a name change? Lol
Again, not a bad dining experience, just super disappointing to my pregnant self who went there with a plan that had to be changed. Sorry to the waitress who had to deal with me being so sad (though I did acknowledge that I knew it wasn’t her fault)

Server was fantastic and the food was great. I can’t wait to come back as there were a bunch of things in the menu I’d like to try!

Aside from the delicious meal, the staff is excellent. Both wait staff and gen manager helped us with a food allergy. Very professional and very caring. Impressed by everything at this restaurant.

We went for Valentine’s Day. Food was delicious, the waitress was great, and overall we had a really great experience!
