   Wonderful experience with the new tea party. It's very chill and modern. Ruby was our server and they were wonderful. Martin the manager was great too. Can't wait to come back and enjoy again. Came for mother's day tea couldn't get a reservation for the fancier version but was very surprised how enjoyable the tea party was. It was nice to be outside and have a DJ.

    I came here for the tea party and champagne experience. My expectations were high for how expensive it was. The location and ambience was of course lovely. However, I was disappointed by the lack of attention from my server despite the place not being busy. It was really annoying to feel like I had to beg to have my bottomless champagne refilled.     The hotel just just beatific, 5 star. I was a Lille disappointed with the Belvedere restaurant. The outside patio was nice, but the inside was much lovelier. The Easter Brunch was very expensive. Paid $650.00 for 2 people. The food was excellent but service was a little slow. They might have been understaffed. I would return and eat at the roof top garden. Less expensive

    I had zero expectations, I only hoped it would be good enough for my ridiculously picky son, whose 16th birthday was that day. We ate on the rooftop where they gave us the choice of two menu's, downstairs and the rooftop. I had the plant based tasting selections. Most were interesting and tasty, though the potatoes were boring and one of the plates tasted like vegetable oil. My favorites were the Beet Rose and the Rutabaga dishes. It was fun to receive 5 different courses. Everyone else had the burger, the Spicy Tuna Tartar and the Skirt Stk sandwich. Everyone was very happy with their selections. My son enjoyed two virgin frozen colada's and I enjoyed the merlot. The service was fantastic. I left my sweater in the car which had been valet parked. I had been fully prepared to pick it up at the Valet station. As I began to leave the restaurant, the hostess from downstairs was delivering it to my table. The exemplary service continued from that moment until we left the restaurant. We had some unusual requests, they responded as if they were nothing unusual in the least. I highly recommend them.

    The service and ambience lived up to my expectations, but the portion sizes is where I was pleasantly surprised. I would usually have to fork out extra, just to be elegantly satisfied, but this is not the case. The food was delicious, and very flavorful. Would definitely recommend, and am definitely coming back.

    Courtney was amazing as was Annie however the lack of service from host and hostess was a bit more than annoying. The food was great but to be fair the initial FOH staff need quite a bit of work. It’s not their job to be snarky or judgmental. Please just do your job

    Belvedere has been my favorite breakfast restaurant for many years. Usually the food is predictably very good, service excellent, ambiance calm, peaceful, and elegant. It is a very well managed restaurant. But this time around I noticed two strands of hair in my fried eggs, which ruined the whole meal. I wonder whose hair it was? Do the chefs wear hat in the kitchen? If not they should!!

    What an enjoyable dining experience. The menu, courses, presentation, quality of food were excellent, and the service was superb! Also, added to the ambiance was a very talented piano player. She was excellent and very enjoyable to listen to. One of the nicest Valentine’s Dinner experiences ever. One last thing, the custom embroidered pillow cases and “love potion” we were given complimentary just prior to departing, was unexpected and very much appreciated.

    Per our reservation request, the gracious hostess seated us on the patio. Our server was new and her efforts fell somewhat short as being new they sometimes do. She acknowledged same and made all attempts in rectifying a slow service and we made the best of it. Our meals were good, however, we expected more @ the Peninsula Beverly Hills. Other options have been presented since.
