Two of us really enjoyed our meal - one had crab legs, the other crab stuffed ravioli. The third person was disappointed as he found the tilapia over cooked and did not have much taste and he did not like the sauce.

The waitress was very accommodating and charming.

Overall a good experience.

Great attentive service, Happy hour food menu is fast food style so, nothing special, but they also have a full menu available. Fabulous view! Very good manager Who is tuned in what’s going on.

When arriving we mentioned we wanted a window seat in the booking. Sat down and did not get a seat by the window, We then asked if we could get a window seat because we saw tables open and they told us they don't reserve window seats and it's a first come first serve. After about 15 minutes they sit down a couple people at the tables we asked if they were available and they told us nothing was open. We ordered drink's that did not come for at least 10 minutes. Took forever for the server to come and take our order. We were never asked if we needed more drinks and when coming to pay we waited at least 20 minutes for our plates to be cleared and waiting to pay. Over all not a good experience.

When I reserve a table, we’ll ahead of time and early in the dinner time frame, I expect a nice window table with a reserved sign on it! We ended up seated 3 rows from the window, adjacent a post that blocked our view in a half full restaurant. Very disappointed!!!!

The food and service is great but I might expensive especially when you want to have sides like salads and desserts. The appy selection in Happy hour is limited

You won’t believe how fast your bill ends up to over $100 for 2 people

A cosy restaurant along the Kits beach front. The place has multiple heaters in the restaurant, which means you won't get cold while watching the sunset. Our waitress was friendly and provided us with excellent service. We ordered the steak and lobster special, and my husband absolutely died with happiness. The steak was cooked to perfection while the lobster was fresh with a smokey cajun flavour. We will definitely be coming back here soon :)

It was a beautiful day out so this was a great place to be to enjoy the scenery. We were there for happy hour, got the yam fries with the masala ketchup, definitely recommend! We also got the Ahi tuna tacos, I wasn’t a big fan of the actual taco shells which were deep fried but my husband enjoyed them. For the main course my husband got the steak and lobster which was really good. I got the seafood chowder with ceaseR salad which I felt was just okay. The chowder was mostly potato and not very flavourful and the salad wasn’t much of anything. Our server was great! Overall a good experience and happy we chose to spend our anniversary there

Very disappointed with the food and drink. Crab cakes were tasteless, ravioli was on a par with Chef Boyardee - not good. The mango mojito was very artificial tasting: again, disappointing. Sitting near the window was very chilly and the view didn’t make up for it. Our waitress did her best, but the food was so blah that we will not be back.

I had the tuna poke bowl. The dish looked attractive. However I found the tuna to be somewhat dry and chewy.
Not fresh. I ate around it leaving most of the tuna.
Did not report this to my server.
This was unusable as food is great for the most part

Food is average. Nothing amazing but not bad either. Service was a bit slow but still a decent night overall. We had gift cards so our bill was mostly covered by that, don’t think it’s worth coming without a gift card in all honesty, would rather spend my money at another restaurant.

This was on a Thursday at 5:00pm, birthday dinner for my wife.

Calamari was cold. Sent it back. Fresh Calamari came hot but overcooked and dry.

Salmon came overcooked and dry. Sent it back. Fresh Salmon came hot and moist.

Lamb Shank was hot but tasteless and the sides overly salty. Ate it anyway as we were very hungry at this point of the dinner.

Sent message to Boathouse via “opentable” to provide Diabetic friendly dessert as a surprise for my diabetic wife on her birthday. No dessert came.

Our server was fantastic but the kitchen stuff not up to the standards of the menu.

The meal, service and view were fantastic. Robert was our server and he was AMAZING - professional and helpful with the adults, while also managing to win over a very shy and usually demanding 5 year old.

Have visited many times and the fish quality has gone down hill. I was also overcharged as I ordered the "house" red wine and I just read that this is a scam they frequently use on tourists. Well, I am a local, and I will not be going back ! Too bad, as we did enjoy it here while it lasted.

I was disappointed in the food tonight, I’ve been there in the past and it was so much better. Location is still great. Basically that was the only good thing.

This place has so much potential. The service is good enough but the food is below expectations. The calamari dish is awful. The halibut dish was over cooked. Fixed the quality of the food and would recommend this restaurant.

Maybe. My husband ordered the Blackened Chicken Burger, but he did not want the bun. He got a plate with fries, salad and a piece of chicken breast which was a little pathetic, so thin and did not even look like blackened chicken. Little disappointing.

Very nice location but dissatisfied with our meals. Salmon was blah. Stuffed pasta was okay but nothing spectacular. We did enjoy the crab cakes, they were pretty good. Probably won’t go back. Felt like we way over paid for our meals.

We love going to the Boathouse in Kits because it has one of the best views in the city.
However, we had a number of appetizers and have to say the cesear salad was a huge disappointment. honestly, I think the prep for that was 30 seconds.
We waited for the server, and waited, and waited, and then just gave up even thinking of having dessert or a coffee because we were under a tight time frame to get to the NHL hockey game.
