Service and waiter was great!

Birthday and first time out to eat in almost a year

Our waitress, Caitlin, was phenomenal. Food was wonderful.
I was very disappointed with the service provided by the hostess. She was cold and not welcoming at all. Better training may be needed in that area. Everything else was lovely.

We were served by Spike for a birthday celebration for my husband. The meals were fabulous as always but what set apart our experience was Spike’s attentiveness, professionalism, friendliness and the fact he is fascinating. The manager also paid us special attention. We are aware it is not easy for you to do business these days and we appreciate all the work that goes into making it all look seamless. Thank you!

Just a wonderful Christmas time experience with my sisters. Their first time at your location. The food was perfection & the service discreet. I ate salmon - perfectly cooked & seasoned. Your shrimp cocktail is the largest, firmest, freshest, sweetest anywhere....order a dozen!

Well besides being cold the whole time. ..Service was great., Drinks were good., Asparagus was undercooked and the bill was large.

We always go to this location for our Christmas lunch. The service is excellent and the food fantastic. Loved the scalloped potatoes and steak!!!

The steak dinners were delicious.
We had three sides; Creamed spinach, garlic potatoes and we tried for the first time the roasted brussels sprouts which were fantastic.
We felt very safe eating indoors.

We went to the Capital Girlle to celebrate a birthday. They did a fantastic job of making sure we were able to have a great experience. They decorated the table, provided us with complimentary desserts, and champagne. It was a great evening out.

We had such a good experience here. I requested a booth and they gave us one that was tucked away in a corner and it was perfect; private and quiet. We got the filet and lobster mac n cheese and it was the best I’ve ever had. It was my first time here but I can’t wait to come back!

Always a great meal at the Burlington location but this time there were some things that were disappointing. My filet was very tough. Had to send it back and then waited a while before a replacement came. But the second piece was excellent and cooked perfectly. B'earnaise sauce was pretty bad. Either it was made from a mix which is unacceptable for a high end steak house or it was a bad version of a true B'earnaise sauce. In my 69 years I've dined in many upscale restaurants in this country and outside of this country and have had authentically prepared B'earnaise sauce but Capital Grille's version does need to revised. Calamari was excellent as were the sides of asparagus and garlic spinach. Restaurant was very noisy but I guess that's to be expected on a holiday. Manager was very pleasant and very nice to comp our desserts to make up for the steak issue.
