We went to Copper Hen for brunch and were overly satisfied with our experience. I highly recommend the salmon skillet! The salmon was cooked perfectly (probably the best salmon I’ve ever had) and the breakfast potatoes’ seasoning was on point. I originally picked Copper Hen for the bottomless mimosas, but will absolutely come back for the food 🤤

Copper Hen has one of the best brunches in Minneapolis! Ordering a Bloody Mary is a must because you receive the cutest bite size cupcake. Not only is it a precious treat but it is a great combo of salty and sweet.
During covid the staff and environment made me feel safe and comfortable. It's also nice that there is no time restriction on your dining experience so that my girl friends and I weren't rushed out!

Definitely a top brunch spot in Minneapolis. Food is a little pricey but the quality is definitely above the curve.

We were disappointed with the appetizer Salmon Rilette. It was expensive but we enjoyed both our entrees. My husband loved the pot pie and my steak was delicious. We felt like the ingredients and quality was top notch. But We felt like the menu was small for dinner and didn’t have enough on it that we would like to eat. We literally ate that night what appealed to us from it. I would prefer that menu for lunch.

The restaurant's date night special was a steal. It allowed my husband and I to reconnect after a while.... loved the surprise red wine. The windows were drafty so we felt cold but... it was a nice date. Great food!

Took my sweets the last day of restaurant week and we enjoyed the entire three course meal. I tried the Purple Rain drink soo good! he has been going on and on about the Chicken Pot pie. I'm sure well be back soon

We read the other reviews and were excited to try this place. The food was all blah no real taste it was all the same. I ordered the burger and asked for little pink I received raw.

Everything was good but we felt rushed at the end. I understand that they probably have less ability to serve customers due to covid. But coming from a customer service point of view, it is never OK to tell a customer that another party is waiting for their table.

The service was extremely slow and the food was lukewarm. Ambiance was OK but the fans were on way too high.

Great food and service! It’d be nice if the bottomless mimosas had more champagne and less OJ.

Macchiato was excellent - one of the best in the Twin Cities.

It was very busy, which made our server off of her game. I did the Restaurant Week meal, and the bouillabaisse wasn’t that appealing. Cupcake for dessert was pretty dense as well. I’ve heard the brunch is better, so I’ll only go for that.

The food is fantastic! We were just there in October so we were able to enjoy their Octoberfest menu. The drinks were very good as well. My son ordered a cupcake in a jar but they were out of it so they brought him something different without telling him which we thought was a little odd. The cupcake was very dry and seemed like it had been sitting around for a couple days. Other than that we had a great experience and would definitely go back.

Great brunch spot. Bottomless mimosa on the table. Outstanding omelettes and eggs Benedict. Deserts and cinnamon rolls are a must. Buttermilk pancakes were flat, not fluffy only drawback

Actually, both my friend and I commented that it was a much better experience now that the tables were spaced "socially distanced". Our past experiences had both been the same- tables too close and unbearable sound level

The bloody hell just tasted like garlic. I couldn't taste anything else and it was awful. I normally love Bloody Mary's and was very disappointed. The sandwich I had was very plain almost no flavor. The potatoes and ranch were very good. I would come back but not get the same things.

My husband and I came to enjoy a last-minute dessert date. We got the skillet cookie and ice cream and the purple rain cocktail. The service was friendly and helpful. The food and drink was yummy and presented nicely. We loved the fun ambiance. In the midst of Covid-19, they took care of safety measures in a warm and comfortable manner. Thanks Copper Hen!
