The start of a new era, legendary dining room The Grill at The Dorchester opens its doors with a new menu and fresh concept. Young talent Tom Booton takes the helm as head chef at London's longstanding British restaurant, first established in 1931, bringing fresh ideas and a contemporary spin to the menu. Tom’s vibrant dishes reflect his passion for local London creatives and British suppliers – including The Grill’s ‘Lobster Thermidor Tart’ and a take on the classic chocolate treat ‘Double Decker’ which will be served at the Pudding Bar.
Tom’s British dishes will complement the new interpretation of The Grill with an update in the interiors and a more relaxed dining experience. An incredible and creative selection of puddings, a delectable cocktail menu and fabulous Champagnes are set to delight, whilst the addition of banquette seating will allow guests to relax into a long lunch or dinner.
