Great food nice and juicy steaks

Attention to covid safety was impeccable and i felt comfortable in the setting. Food is always great and service level was attentive

Food was not what we expected from the Keg as we have had there on our previous occasions
My wife’s vegetables were burnt and my steak was barely warm and not very thick
Nobody came and asked if we wanted more bread
I hope next time it would be better

Celebrated my 54th birthday with the family
And the ice cream cake was so good
Will definitely come back - thank you for the awesome dining experience

Went for our anniversary. The steak was great. A little on the rare/blue side (I ordered rare), but it was still delicious. Overall it was amazing as always!

New York strip overly spiced with a Montreal- like steak rub, took away from the real flavour of a great cut of beef, and a fairly thin/tough cut for the price. Crab was great though. Friendly staff.

We liked our experience: a birthday that took us two years to out together!

Food was delicious—including all sauces—though I would have liked hotter plates. Steak Oscar was not quite medium rare (rare) and prime rib could have been rarer(but we were warned, correctly, that it would probably be closer to medium rare) but teriyaki sirloin and filet mignonette were en point.

Kindness extended to our birthday girl with a shareable piece of billy miner pie! Also, to someone using a walker. Great to have handicapped parking close to the front door and of course a handicapped door opener.

Do not like electronic dance music, especially if it impedes conversation, and I don’t think the average clientele sitting around us at 4pm on a weekday night did either. We didn’t complain so we didn’t expect different.

Wish staff wore name tags so we could learn and remember them for comments/greetings.

The menu is always enjoyable to me because I like a thick, juicy steak. But my wife prefers anything else. She used to like the ,,,,'Thai chicken but that has long disappeared from the menu? Why??

We have always enjoyed dinners at this location. Service is always excellent and the staff very pleasant and friendly.

Sat in the front “bar” area so can’t speak to the dining room but good COVID protocols. It wasn’t overly busy which was nice and tables were very spread apart. Food came out quick and was on point.

The Keg makes excellent food but I wish the Servers were more attentive. I was not flattered by the service but I really enjoyed the meal.

menu specials were not explained properly, some minor issues other than that very good first experience at KEG

Very classy. Enjoyed our meal there, as always. Billy Miners pie for dessert was delicious.

We enjoyed our evening. Our waiter, Michael, was excellent, splitting dishes when asked. He made us feel very welcome. We will come again.

We were here celebrating a birthday.
Our waiter was polite and friendly.
My wire and daughter split the Rib steak and the split the item onto two dishes with sides for both of them.
I had the house prime rib which is always tender and cooked to perfection. Event thing was well spaced out and all the staff were well equipped with PPE. If you want a safe dinner out , the Keg does it right.

Service and food at this location were amazing! Would definitely return again.

Disappointed prime rib dinner, lots of fat and not as tender as it used to be. Out of my 10oz ordered, only got about 6oz of meat I can eat. Never used to be like this before. Same with my wife's piece, probably cut from the same roast.

The quality seemed to have gone down this time. It was nothing like my previous experiences. The waitress friendly but the food was disappointing. I expect more from the keg as regular customer, I have known what their standard is but truly not happy this time. I got top sirloin Chicago style. This isn’t my first time having it this way soo I know what to expect. This time it came charred but no buttery taste ans it was dry. So it just tasted like char. The root veggies were tasteless and under cooked. I’m very sad. The only thing I enjoyed was my sangria and the bread with cheese butter

Front reception gave us a warm welcome when they received a text message to alert of our arrival. We were seated comfortably in a booth. Our server, Danielle, was excellent! I was very happy that the manager was willing to sell us a bottle of Jet Australian wine for us to bring home since I cannot buy their signature wine at any wine shops. Food was served efficiently and the food was very tasty. Thanks very much for the complimentary slice of Billy Miners ice cream pie for my birthday celebration!
We love coming to Burnaby's Keg Restaurant for special occasions.

We had a great meal and super experience. It was our 1st dine out experience since Covid started. You guys were awesome!

It was a very enjoyable experience. The staff was warm and welcoming and there was a personalized card waiting at our table wishing us a happy anniversary, a very nice touch. Our server was wonderful. The concierge was excellent, she kept everything safe feeling and organized. We will be coming back very soon.

Great place to go if you are celebrating something, they took the time and effort to make our celebration special. Food is always good!

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary. The COVID precautions in place were good. We texted upon arrival and waited for their text response to let us know our table was ready and there would be no loitering/waiting. The food, ambiance and service were all great. Dining in restaurants has been a rare occasion this year but I’m really glad we chose to dine in today. Dan’s service was 10/10.

Food was great, service was exceptional, very small portions for the price, but that’s the keg.
