Staff were incredible. Every safety precaution taken from texting upon arrival to social distancing. As usual the food was delicious, cooked to order and the staff was attentive. Staff are so friendly it has become our new favorite restaurant.

Service was good as usually. Only complaint I would have is the wait arrived 5 min before our reservation as directed in the text I received. I was advised they were running 5 ministers behind, which was fine. However after waiting 20 min after that I texted back and was advised there was an issue in the lobby but we could now come in. When we came in we were told it would be another 5 minute wait. Which thankfully wasn’t as the hostess came out and said our table was ready. A little frustrating on the extra wait. I understand it was busy however it was a lot longer of a wait than I was liking considering we had a reservation. But the service and food were top notch.

Food and service were excellent as usual. We've come the last 4-years on the same day to celebrate our dateversary (day my wife and I met). The tradition will continue going forward.

The hostess was a nightmare. We checked on Open Table and every time slot was open for the evening so we did not bother to make a reservation. When we arrived she said they were exclusively doing reservations and we would have to wait for 45 minutes. I said that doesn’t seem right and booked the table on the open table app for 15 minutes away. She was so rude to us that if we were not there to spend Keg gift cards we would have left and gone somewhere else. I don’t know what it is about seating people at a restaurant that makes you think you are some kind of special but honestly this is the rudest way I have been treated in months. She said she could not seat us early as the table they have assigned us had it’s bill and would not be ready until 6:45. We were seated at a small round table in the lounge area that the waitress let slip had not been used all night. So we can add lying to us to the hostesses bag of tricks. We didn’t mind the table though as our waitress was amazing and had us joking and at ease right away and sustained amazing service throughout our meal. So if we had to base our rating on the waitress’ performance it would be 5 stars all around and we’ll be back tomorrow. If we had to base it on the hostess it would be no stars and we’re not interested in coming back. This is the second time I have the same issue with a Scott Road Keg employee and the closest explanation is that they think there is something exclusive about their position and can talk down to us and somehow make the evening about them. Over the years we have had consistent, competent, friendly service at this Keg but if there is another staff issue we will no longer be dining here. There is another Keg 20 minutes away.

Staff are always friendly. The food is always great. Happy hour in the bar is a great value. Love those Prime Rib Sliders! Staff are all masked, well-spaced tables, always feel safe.

The absolute best nachos ever. We went in for a few apples and pina coladas and we weren’t disappointed.

Great service especially the concierge service due to Covid

Very hard to get a table unless you have a reservation due to the Covid restrictions. We tried to go on a Friday at 6:00pm and were told that without a reservation it would be 1.45 hour wait for a table. We left and went across the street and were able to get a table at Cactus Club without a wait. ( this has happened to us twice in the last month) We ended up making a reservation for the following evening. Restaurant was quiet, service was good but the food was mediocre. Appies were good, escargot and the crispy fried cauliflower. Husband had the steak and prawn dinner, steak did not have much flavor. I had the fall feature Creole Chicken which had very little creole spice on the overdone chicken and skimpy prawns and scallops, for the price it was very disappointing. It will be a while before we return as the value for your dollar is not very good.

The staff are very friendly and know the menu and food well. We are very impressed with the Keg on Scott Road.

My sister and I were feeling a little down due to the pandemic so I suggested we eat at the Keg to cheer us up. It was such a treat as we hadn’t been in a while, have to say it was excellent in all levels and now we can’t wait to go back! Thank you Keg!

The lady on reception was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Said we had no reservation and when l showed it on my phone she never confirmed or even answered us.
We would still be standing there if your waitress had not seen this and brought us to the table.
After that everything was great and our server was a five star girl

In today’s times they do a very good job of keeping people safe and feeling comfortable. The Staff get what it takes. First time we have ventured out and felt we were Ok and were able to enjoy it. Thanks for the experience.

Great service, my dinner was perfect. I had the teriyaki steak with the blue cheese wedge salad. I am totally addicted to the wedge salad. Our server was friendly professional and to notch.?

Amazing service. Cauliflower bites were a bit soggy but the rest of the meal was amazing. Perhaps not saucing them and putting it on the side would give a better texture.
