Server was very helpful and pleasant. Most restaurants today are way too noisy for dining. Need to have low background music until at least 9 pm. I don’t mind loud music in a bar but it is too much for a conversation

The Food was fantastic. It was great that my suggestion to be in a corner table for my anniversary was respected and granted. The service was great. It was a bit loud but the restaurant was full. Prices went up a bit :(

Service was very good, knowledgeable server. 😀👍🏻 Some issues with our meal. I’d asked for my steak to be medium well, it came well done. Our side dish Mediterranean? Roasted Cauliflower was delicious but came to the table luke warm. The restaurant Manager came and asked what they could do, if we wanted a new side dish or a newly cooked steak. We were fine with them taking the side dish back and heating it…it came back steaming 👍🏻. As for my steak I said I’d be okay with eating it and did not send it back. I was happy as they made everything right, even took off the cost of my steak from the bill. Thanks Keg! 😊

Waited one hour for our entrees. This is not common forthis location. I am not sure what the real holdup was, but our waiter claimed the kitchen was falling behind that evening. It was the slowest service I have seen, snd even the server checkins and refills were extremely delayed. My wife and I did not feel like we mattered on this visit. Mind you we do love the keg, and we were given free dessert for the hassle.

Fantastic. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful evening with delicious food and wine. We usually stay with our favourites which have never once failed to satisfy over the years. I changed my order to the French Onion Steak from the 50th Anniversary menu. A-1 delicious. Bit large for me so have my supper the next night. Thumbs up to the Billie Miner Pie. Thanks Jess and Chris for making it so enjoyable.

The service was horrible! The waiter took our drink order when we first sat down and never asked us again if we wanted another drink. I had to eat my meal before my husbands as the waiter had his order wrong. I ate my meal before him so it wouldn’t get cold. Took forever to get his meal and a good 15 minutes from the time we asked for our bill to actually get it. The food was very good but the service will deter us from coming back. For the cost of the meal and to have poor service, was so disappointing! We felt squished in you small table pushed against the corner of the fireplace.

My experience with my Boyfriend was wonderful!!! The food was awesome. And if I remember correctly our server Name was Adam???? And I hope I got it Right? We were there on the 7th at around 3PM. He was very nice and very helpful on picking drinks and dessert. He did a good job making sure that we we’re taking very good care.

It's been a long time since we have been to the Keg. As always the food and the service were great. I dud not appreciate the guy at the next table dropping the "f" bomb in every sentence that came from his mouth multiple times. But what can you do about someone like that.

Our dinner at The Keg was outstanding. Our server was attentive and chatted with us pleasantly. My only slight issue was where we were seated. I had made the reservation a week ahead of time but we were seated in the galley portion of the restaurant that had high server traffic right near the kiosk where the orders are placed. Beyond that, everything else from our first cocktail to our dessert and the service was great. The consistency The Keg provides is the bar set for other establishments to model by.

When receiving ours orders the two items were missing from our meals and we had to wait for them. So my husband sat eating while I remained waiting. Not what we expected from a higher end type of restaurant. Also, many tables were empty - lots of room to sit guests, however, staff choose to seat a large family with 2 toddlers beside us (2 seniors). We would have thought they could have done a better job in maintaining more distance.

My husband and I had our date night at The Keg in South Edmonton Common. We made our online reservation which saved us time in getting a table. Our waiter was so nice and friendly, making us feel welcome and special. We ordered from the app, which was easy to do. Our meals were delicious and well presented. Overall I would recommend The Keg for dining and date nights.
