We were set up on the patio by the fireplace under a radiant heater and the whole experience could not have been better for Sheila's birthday

Our server was excellent. Overall dinner was great. The French onion soup was not as robust as usual nor was the Ceasar Salad.

Heirloom carrots hard, crunchy, very hard to cut...returned for cooked ones but replacement hard also...baked potato was just warm but still enjoyable....other then that we love driving to Waterdown Keg....it's our favorite!!

Food and service was great. However, when we entered, the lobby had quite a few
patrons so not able to social distance as well as we would have liked. It seemed
disorganized. Not sure why.

Date night for my husband and I. They gave us the table next to the fireplace, WAY too hot there, so I asked to sit somewhere else. I noticed that everyone they tried to sit near the fireplace while we were there refused because of the heat. They then were to sit us next to a family with small, noisy children. I promptly said no thank you, I'll go elsewhere for dinner. Then then found another spot for us to dine. I never know why they put couples next to noisy tables with children. I always wonder why they don't realize most couples want a quite night out.

Sirloin was not as tender as expected. Had string of something white going thru top of it. hard to cut, hard to chew. Cauliflower appetizer was amazing. Melange of vegetables was average. Biggest complaint was of couple behind us one of whom had a persistent cough. Mentioned it to server who implied you were on to it and had supplied her with more napkins. ? After a few minutes we were asked if we would like to move and did. In our opinion this lady should not have been out of her house, COVID or no COVID. let alone in a restaurant. Perhaps that couple should have been moved but were perhaps too far into their meal to do so.
I sent this out earlier but think you did not get it. We always like The Keg so this was disappointing. My husband enjoyed the prime rib.

Food was great. It was my wife's B-day and she received a complementary dessert, nice touch.

Incredible. The Leg always stands up to the anticipation of dinner out. My only issue is that the company ti he to increase the prices constantly. It’s the only thing I’m not pleased about.

I feel for what we paid for the mail it definitely wasn’t worth it.. and whoever changed the pepper/green beans to a baked tomato that is the grossest thing ever.. it actually made me not eat my meal because of it!

The masses gathering lobby during this unprecedented time really was alarming. ZERO safety meaures in place...i counted 9 'couples' all hanging out in the lobby. Your webpage stated the host would meet outside the building for check in. Brutal!!

Fantastic as usual. Food and wine were great, and tables were extremely spaced apart. Way more than 6ft.

Jay was our server he was amazing! Food was unreal. COVID procedures were amazing and we felt really safe

Service was excellent! Food was just ok. Had the shrimp which just wasn’t as good as it usually is. Very cold, wet and no flavour. Also had the Caesar salad, watery and not very flavourful. Husband had the steak special, good but nothing special. Too bad since this was an anniversary celebration.

Service was very slow for a restaurant that is at reduced capacity. Food arrived in a timely manner & was accurate, but our server, Mallory, was not attentive. Disappointing

We had our anniversary dinner! It was perfect! Our Server Oliver was amazing, our food was delish, the patio was awesome, the weather was perfect! We had noisy annoying “neighbours” lol but other than that it was a great experience!

This restaurant is always enjoyable especially sitting outside on the patio on a warm evening.

Our favorite Keg restaurant! Beautiful patio, great, friendly staff. Fireplace seating is perfect in the winter (we always snag the bar fireplace seats). Steak is always cooked perfectly, meals never disappoint. Would highly recommend! Secluded location, always parking!
