Enjoyed our dinner and our time at the restaurant. Great people, great food, good prices.

It was pretty empty when we stopped in but our server was a little hard to get ahold of. She was very nice though. The food was great, (we had mac and cheese, a burger and the chicken avocado melt) and they had strong drinks. The bathroom was nice/clean and the overall experience was pleasant. Would come back.

Spent $80 and was treated like I was at the bar getting a few beers. Service can be a lot better. But the good was the pizza, tasting great plus the crust was perfect. Shout out 2 the cooks!

Food was really good! AMAZING staff.The host was very welcoming and super fun! Our server was on top of everything and was so nice as well. Definitely will be coming back again!

the only reason I gave them four stars is because they are not doing any of their happy hours or specials, they have a limited menu, and they also aren't taking coupons that they sent out recently as well. The meal was pretty good, I ordered a salad and I usually order the dressing on the side but forgot I tried to eat it but it was so saturated with dressing I had to send it back. Partially my fault but he would hope that they would prepare it a little better.

Great atmosphere - were able to eat outside and had AMAZING pizza!

We had the buttermilk chicken sandwich, cauliflower dish and macaroni and cheese, those were all wonderful. The kids meal pizza was average. We will definitely go back!

Food was solid, service was a little slow

Great experience start to finish. The staff and service is top notch and cant wait to bring out of town friends there again so they can see how amazing our city and dining options are top of the food chain compared to other cities. The Loop is now our go to spot to kick the night off. 8 thumbs up out of 5!!!

First time I’ve been here & really enjoyed it! The food was delicious and I love the decor & lighting. The nachos were so good, weird that had ranch, but it worked.

Food was excellent - the French dip was one of the best I've had! Everyone else I was with liked their food as well - the steak tacos, the juicy lucy - all were very good. Parking in the area is difficult, though.

Great food choices and everything I’ve had tasted great. Clean and bright feel. Nice service. On the louder side, but no complaints — I highly recommend this place.

Good food and service but super noisy and was only 25% full. Could not imagine what sound level is when place is full.

Service was really off.
We sat street-side, the manager said he’d send out a server, 10+ minutes later we went inside to request a server, a few minutes later she arrived.
There were only 20-30 people inside, no others outside.
Food was warm and tasted like it should.
Would not recommend, will likely not return.

Such a fun vibe and food is excellent! We ate here for the first time and were very pleased with our choice. A great spot to dine before going to a show!!

Ruined Father’s Day meal. Horrible service. They didn’t open to serve guests today. Short handed, paid no attention to us. Had to wait a while to even be acknowledged. Then we were brought beverages (wrong at that). Coffee was cool. Drinks never got refilled. Wanted to order mimosas but couldn’t get the attention of anyone long enough to ask. No bartender on hand. Ordered our food to a server that was very short and abruptly impatient with us. Didn’t feel comfortable asking any questions. Had to grab the attention of any server that passed by to get anything. One of the off duty servers came in to eat and ended up having to help/work. It could have been a different experience if they bothered to acknowledged they were short handed and in the weeds but no one even seemed to care. Had to grab attention to even get our bill. This was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had due to the lack of concern for their lack of enough help and poor slow service. If there was a manager on duty (only two servers/no bartender) they shouldn’t be a manager any more.

Horrible experience! Our reservation was ignored, as were we for over 25 mins. Complained twice, but the servers felt no need to wait on us. It was not busy! I've been in the industry for 16 years and there was no excuse for this. Everyone was standing around chatting. We went next door to Black Sheep and had a fantastic dinner! The Loop will never get mine or my friends business back.

Mediocre food at best.

Server was friendly and was there for business lunch.

Our server was attentive and our entrees arrived extremely quickly. I had been craving fried chicken but unable to indulge since I learned that most fast food places use MSG, so it was a delight that they bread their own chicken here! My husband also enjoyed his Juicy Loopy burger, and the extremely generous portion of chocolate chip cookies. The butterscotch creme brulee was actually burnt on top and I should have just scraped that off; although the custard hadn't actually set, it was still delicious.

Sunday funday

Very loud, difficult to carry on a conversation with my friend. TV's were on, music was on, and everyone seemed to be screaming to talk over that background noise. It was a Saturday night so maybe other times are less insane. My friend and I are middle aged so for awhile I thought, it must just be us, but then I saw a 20 something woman walking through the bar looking upset holding her hands over her ears, so I knew it was not just me! Food was mediocre. Service and drinks were good. I won't go back. When we left, we felt like we had been at a heavy metal concert, our ears were ringing. I don't get this "energetic" decibel level thing.

Breakfast 7 grain seed bowl was delicious! Also, I always appreciate when you ask for crispy bacon you actually get it done right. It was early so still low-key but all staff were really friendly.

I cannot leave feedback on The Loop located in North Loop as my reservation WAS NOT HONORED and the location manager was horribly rude.

Fortunately, the location at West End was kind enough to transfer the reservation and we had a wonderful experience there.

Probably will not return to the North Loop location again based on this experience.

Was there for a business lunch. Not too loud and the service was great.

Took an out of town friend for lunch. Poke Bowl and Tacos. Everything was great. Nice waitress. Like the atmosphere.

We were there on a Sunday morning - great food and service, nice and quiet. Guessing this place is fun at night, too. Good prices, lots of selections, no complaints.

We were seated and ordered food. many times our waitress would not be fast enough so we would have to go and get drinks at the bar. when the food did come. half way through eating the restaurant turned into a loud college bar. we were so confused and decided this is not our place and left

Quick, professional, and personable service. Food came out quickly and was prepared to order. Waitress was super friendly and outgoing. Perfect experience.

First, don’t go for a Sunday brunch, there isn’t one. We anticipated the carving station, pastries and a variety of eggs type breakfast options and salads. Instead we are handed menus. My basic breakfast was served with less heat on it than the room. Husbands breakfast burrito was cool too but he didn’t mind.
The waitress was very cheerful - which is the only reason we stayed. It wasn’t her fault the open table description was over a YEAR outdated. Definitely not a place that is open early for a “brunch crowd”. There were only three tables of people there and the bar (that’s in the center of the restaurant) was empty.
We ate and left all with in an hour.

Great improvements to the menu and the atmosphere - if you haven’t been here in the last six months, go again - we were pleasantly impressed! A group of 6 of us our for dinner - great location, food, atmosphere, and service. We’ll be back!
