   This is a very fun dinner experience. The staff was amazing, super friendly and very helpful. It’s very spendy but definitely a he perfect dinner out for a special occasion.

   Our experience is always wonderful. This past Saturday evening our server was the.best. my husband is very hard of hearing and legally deaf. Our server took the best care of us the whole time. Dinner was fabulous!

    The food was great. Just the service was very very slow. We were there over 2.5 hours. For example, from when I asked for the check to when we received it was over 15 mins. That same pattern was true for everything else in the night.

    My Wife and I had our Valentine’s Day date there! The cost was $269 for the Diamond package. Cons first: - Last minute reservation so we had to sit at the bar so the cost should’ve been lowered by at least $50-75. I would’ve paid that much more to sit at a booth for some more privacy and space. Or maybe it did cost more for a booth but it wasn’t advertised as so. - not sure the food quality was 💯 worth the price as we eat regenerative farming foods only so the quality is easily distinguishable. Then again… the main entree we got to cook ourselves so it could’ve been user error 😉 Pros: - It was still a great experience! Definitely recommend going and experiencing Melting Pot! - Sam was our waiter and he was GREAT at what he does and definitely deserves a raise or should leave to go make millions in a sales job. - the noise level was actually lower than we were expecting which was really nice. - food was still good! Overall 9/10 experience, or 4.5/5, for atmosphere, experience, price @ a bar, and quality of food!

    Would have been nice to have a rose or a candle on a table, it takes a second and cost nothing extra. For a $200 dinner I didn’t expect a bare looking table. 0 stars for environment.

    We did not receive things that were included in our package. We received 2 glasses of wine but our waitress brought the wrong kind, and we did not receive any champagne even when we asked. Also no photo was included. We paid well over $300 including a $50 tip and now that I’m looking at the package that we paid for I am realizing we got ripped off. Pretty frustrating.

    We had an amazing experience at the melting pot for Galentines!!! Our waiter (I believe his name was Lyle) was outstanding!! He answered all of our questions, gave good recommendations, and was so friendly! I will definitely be back for another visit at the melting pot!

    Every year I am treated to Melting Pot for my birthday as a gift. What a treat it is!! I look forward to it all year! The food was delicious as always. So much fun! Our server was Cat. She was very attentive and explained the whole fondue process very well. It was a wonderful experience!

    Tanner our server was absolutely incredible! Our cheese with the garlic was delicious. The dipping bread could be a little fresher everything else was fun and fabulous! But the real Experience was tanner’s excellent service! Thank you ! My Som had a wonderful birthday dinner!

    for. We paid for this premium NYE experience which was supposed to include a welcome drink (wine or bubbles) as well as a an end of the night champagne toast. I asked our server about this at the beginning because I was asking for the cider as I’m pregnant and she insisted it was only the champagne toast at the end and to remind her later of mine needing to be non alcoholic. Even on the receipt at the end of the night it clearly stated it was both. We didn’t get either beverages the beginning or end toast that we pre-paid for. When we arrived for our reservation we were told it would be a 30 minute wait which we were OK with but with the excuse of guests “enjoying their fondue” we came to realize after being seated it has nothing to do with us but with the slow service. Our first fondue came out and we had to wait about 15 minutes before getting any silverware to actually eat it. And asked our server for it immediately then proceeded to ask anyone that passed-no one reacted the way that seemed logical which would be go grab some silverware and bring it to us. Overall it was a really difficult experience. The curated melting pot NYE experience COULD have been lovely. But the execution was literally horrible.

    This was horrible in every way. Waiting 25 min with a reservation for a bar seat. The food was awful. The service was awful. Waited after being seated for 15 min before I was served and another 15 before my order was taken. The food quality was abysmal. The whole place smelled like hospital food and I would have eaten better in the hospital. The staff was all stressed out and the whole vibe of the place was like a catastrophe was happening. 0/10. Do not go here.

    The overall experience and food was amazing. Unfortunately we were seated next to a cold exterior window which made it a bit chilly. Our server didn’t really engage and didn’t show much personality. This is one of my favorite places to eat because it’s such an experience and the food never disappoints. I definitely enjoyed my New Year’s Eve dinner. We will certainly be back.

    We were able to get a very last minute reservation for a table for 4 to celebrate a birthday. This meant we had a one-pot table. It is a little faster to have 2 pots cooking items at once, so our 90 minute time slot took 2 1/2 hours. Our server was a little new to the restaurant, but she knew her stuff and was extremely entertaining and made our experience a lot of fun. There seemed to be a long wait in between courses, but the restaurant was FULL so that is understandable. Everything tasted delicious, and we were of course stuffed to the gills by the time we left. Our drinks were delicious, as well.

    The server was rushed throughout the evening and within 5 minutes of clearing the table the manager came over and impolitely asked us to leave because another reservation was booked at our table. Not an ideal experience for my son’s birthday dinner.
