   We go to the Melting Pot 3-4 times annually. This is the first time the service was less than desirable. While we had a very nice server this evening, the service was unusually slow, specifically between the entree and dessert course. We finished our entree, waited about 40 minutes between that time and the time the dessert arrived. One person at our table ordered a beverage from the bar she never received. I know because of our experience, this is the exception to the norm, but for the price and the experience, it was disappointing. Despite the disappointment tonight, we will undoubtedly be back in the future.

   We celebrated my mom’s birthday here and we all had a wonderful time. The only thing we would have changed was the way we cooked our meet, but other than that the service was wonderful and so was everything else! Highly recommend!

   It was clear that it is poorly run. Yes, it was Mother’s Day but you were working off of reservations and a limited menu so you should be prepared. There is just no excuse for a 3.5 hour dinner. Our server was doing the best he could, but not much he could do about poor execution from the top (ex: out of silverware, waiting on pots to even begin cooking a course).

   I’ve dined at this location 20+ times. Everyone of those visits were generally flawless in all aspects; service, food,etc. This visit did have an issue. When it came time for our desert fondue and the plates were provided to us, we noticed they were all still very wet and smelled very strong of bleach. Very dangerous and unusable. For the experience, a little more time should be taken to ensure all dishes are cleaned and dried thoroughly before presenting them.

   Our server was not attentive at all. She seemed distracted at the very least. We started our first course with no utensils or napkins. We had to ask for side plates. Then waited for quite a while for our final course. She said she was backed up because kitchen was backed up. The food was very good, but we were just very disappointed with the overall service.

   Unfortunately we weren’t able to dine with them this trip due to a set menu, but their management staff came out talked with us and were nothing short of first class!!! You don’t find Management customer service like that much anymore. Definitely will give them our repeat business! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

    Had a great night… wonderful meal! Our server Rachel was likely the best we’ve ever had there. She was quick to serve, listened to our needs, and she was super personable without being in our face all night. That gal deserves a raise!

    I have been here several times because my grandchildren find it amusing. I personally think the restaraunt is way overpriced. The amount of food is rediculous and you have to cook it yourself!!! you could go to a very nice upscale steakhouse/seafood place that wait on you and cook the food to your spefications and enjoy your dining experience better.

    We tried the new Happy Hour option and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was the right amount for Happy Hour - salads - cheese and veggies and of course the chocolate dessert. Very good Happy Hour drink specials, we’ll be back. Can’t wait for the patio to open. Cheers!

    Our server was great, ask about how the cheeses taste as far as if it’s a sweeter cheese, nuttier, etc. the teriyaki steak was AMAZING! And the chocolate fondue at the end was a perfect note to end the meal! Drinks are stronggggggg. Had a great date night!

    Had not been to Melting Pot for several years and were pleasantly surprised to see the menu was more conducive to vegetarian:pescatarian menu items. We enjoyed taking our time to cook our bite size main dish - and not being rushed by the waitstaff in the process. Kayla was very patient with our many questions.

    I enjoyed my meal and had a good time. The interactiveness of dipping and cooking your food makes the meal fun and enjoyable. I will say that I don't feel like the high prices reflect the taste of the food, which I would say is very mediocre.     My first visit and it was amazing. I made reservations for my sister birthday and we totally enjoyed ourselves! Our waiter was amazing and so much fun.
