Always excellent! The owner is always very attentive as well as the management staff and the waitress. Wife and I love The Melting Pot and visit frequently and it continues to be a place of excellence in all categories.

Food was great as always. Service was very slow. Sat for 20 minutes after our cheese course was done before our salads were brought, and when our salads were done it was another 15 minutes until the main food was brought. We could hear the waiter chatting and talking and having fun at other tables, our drinks rarely got refilled, and we had to remind him several times of specific items we had asked for extra. Overall just very poor service

I went with my daughter, early so felt comfortable, except a table was seated right beside us (a partial partition), when the rest of the dining space was almost empty. I loved the cheddar/beer fondue and the variety of dippers...just enough to finish the fondue. The grilling meat was excellent. The large fresh vegetables included were a challenge to grill, and would have had to cook to long to be tender. Maybe something that works for other customers...just not me. The salad was excellent...great fresh mixed greens. I thoroughly enjoyed the decor and ambience...amazing transformation for a strip mall store. Cost would keep the the experience as an occasional special treat.

We always love going to the Fredericksburg Melting Pot... the manager always comes by to say hello, and the servers are very friendly without being intrusive or overly chatty.

Amazing experience for my daughter’s birthday!

Nice! Not somewhere I would want to go regularly but the food is decent. The cheese fondue is good. Salads are just okay. I got the steak lovers and certain pieces of the meat were tough. The dessert was okay.

Despite a rainy dreary day our experience was great. Scott was our server and he was a delight.

This was our 1st time. The menu was a little overwhelming with all of the choices. Our server did a great job explaining what was the best value for us. Food was excellent.

Food and service were both amazing as usual. The manager came and checked on us to make sure everything was ok. It’s always so nice and quiet and you can tell the staff is well trained and very friendly.

1st time at the Meting Pot and I really enjoyed it. You get a lot of food but it is expensive. Not knowing what to expect the waitress wasn’t that thorough in explaining . They have fondue as appetizers and dessert which are easy and fun. I didn’t realize the entree you had to cook yourself and then she asked how do you want to cook it? LOL I said what are talking about? So they give you raw food and you have to cook it yourself. All in all it was fun and amusing. Would be great to impress a date. Us old foggies just had some laughs.

Our server Jessica was fun and accommodating. Everyone took COVID protocols seriously. Was a lovely evening out!

Anniversary

Waiter was really slow servicing our table. Had to request someone to get him twice for requests. Left us with our dirty dishes on the table for 20 plus minutes. He had just visited us prior to this and could easily see we were almost finished eating.

This is such a great place! The employees, the service and most definitely the food, were all on point. Myself in a group of friends definitely had a good time out and eating at this establishment. #Fondue-yum 😍

Overall great. Took a long time for server to come to the table. Long breaks in between courses. Had reservations for 6:45, left at 10:00pm.

The melting pot is pricey but we love it and it was a great night out following so many months of being at home. Or waiter Michael was excellent

We had a great ‘make up’ anniversary dinner with our kids. The waiter was happy and knowledgeable. He made our experience great. Thank you Melting Pot!

Great Experience with fabulous social distancing guideline. Waitress was very nice! Love it.

Our first dine-in meal since March. The food and service was great as always. Every other table was blocked off to promote distancing. All staff wore masks. It was nice to dine in and feel comfortable doing it.

Had a girls nite out in honor of national women’s day, my friends and I had a great waiter, & the manager introduced us to our new favorite drink 🍷 Love Martini 🍸.. everything was great . Will definitely go back our next girls nite out !

Food was good as always. Waitress was a little spacey and took too long to bring requested items. Wasn’t as high end as other branches we’ve been to.

We went back there after using a Groupon at a previous reservation. We felt like they gave us more cheese and dessert than this time. The last time we came was a different experience than this one. The ambiance was nice and the service was impeccable, but the value was not there. We left hungry for a table of 4 with a high bill.

The restaurant staff did a great job taking photos during my proposal, and they even printed/framed the best picture and gave it to us. Also the food and service was excellent. Thank you!

This was our first time and felt intimidated by the whole concept. The server was very friendly and helpful. She explained the different cooking styles. I advised of my husband's allergies and she immediately went to speak with the kitchen to find it what he could or couldn't have. We would definitely return.

Very unassuming building from the outside but a very romantic and private place on the inside. We've been there before but it seems as if they've gotten better. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Now the reason for 4 out of 5 stars. The bartender basically ignored us for about 10 mins and it was only two other couples at the bar. We were going to leave but really wanted to eat there. The bartender also touched everything even after coughing in his hands multiple times. Although we had great time, things like that are the reason why we'll minimize eating out.

Over priced had a 43 dollar gratuity which I didn’t know before I made reservation and still had to wait 20 minutes.
