Although a decent experience, this time at this location was lacking. Our waitress didn’t do a great job with our cheese and it was cold and clumpy. We had to ask for the garlic and wine seasoning and got it half way through the salads. Also, the dippers that come with the chocolate are skimpy now. We were missing several items we had just a few months ago. I think we will take a break from this restaurant…which is sad because it has always been one of our favorites.

Everything was prefect for our late valentines day. They had our table ready for us. I had order the teddy bear, rose, and chocolate covered Strawberries. We had the cheese and chocolate. The veggies and bread was fresh. The turtle chocolate was amazing. All the different little treat they bring out with it. The chocolate covered Strawberries were the best we ever had. Is so tasty. We loved it. The bar tender did a great job.

We had a wonderful server who took great care of us and included our 1 year old daughter in the fun by giving her apples and bananas. She would always check on us to make sure we had everything we needed as well as Miss Amelia while she was throwing food all over the floor. A wonderful belated Valentine's Day celebration

My husband & I came here for Valentine's day & it was the best decision we ever made. The food, service, & ambiance was EXQUISITE!!!! Reagan is by far one of the best servers there. She was very caring, kind, smart, & made sure to make us feel comfortable eating there...even with my severe allergies. By far the best restaurant we have eaten at the Knoxville since moving here 2 years ago. I highly recommend this restaurant & Reagan as your server. Request her! You won't regret it.

Very god experience related to a Valentine’s Day event. Katie was a wonderful server. Did a wonderful job explaining everything and making sure we were taken care of. Food was great and served in a manner which did not rush us and allowed us to enjoy the experience. Restaurant was a little cool upon opening and the section we were in could be redecorated to fall more in line with the rest of the feel of the restaurant. Seems as though the section we were in was an add on or extension.

I arrived 20 minutes early and checked in at the desk but they failed to check me in the system. 20 minutes after my reservation,I asked about printable and found this out. I also paid extra for a romantic package which includes a framed photo and strawberries but never got them

Had a promo gift card that was set to expire in two weeks. We had to make a reservation using a credit card. Only wanted cheese and dessert. Once we got there they said it’s only a special menu and you have to eat all 4 courses. But if we canceled the reservation even though we were there it would be 40 dollar charge. So we ended up being forced to have the four courses. From sitting down the host had an attitude with us. Server was alright but wasn’t to friendly either. At the end of a 200 dollar lunch for two, nothing extra only water to drink the server wouldn’t take our gift card. The only good thing we encountered was the manager. She was very kind and helpful in getting our gift card added and every time she came around to check on people. We’ve been here several times but after this experience we won’t be coming back.

Have been dining at this Melting Pot location for over 20 years. Servers are always 100% on their game and super friendly and attentive. Food is delicious. Nice cocktail/wine/beer menu. What a perfect little spot tucked away in the Old City for a relaxing evening, fun dining experience, and delectable food. I just love this place.

Went out with my husband and daughter. First time experiencing Melting pot and our server Danny was amazing at explaining how to order. He even let us know we were choosing the best cheese for the cheese fondue (Wisconsin cheddar)! We went with three people and he helped explain how to add her on to dinner. Atmosphere was amazing! Would definitely do it again and we left full!
