The Melting Pot - White Plains

Everything was great. However the restaurant is very dim and when you use the table top grill to cook your entree’s it’s hard to see if it’s fully cooked. Also it would’ve been nice to have sides like rice or mac & cheese to go with our entree instead of asparagus and mushrooms which I don’t eat. Otherwise the restaurant is nice.

I loved the private seatings. They gave the restaurant a romantic setting and definitely made it easy to follow COVID restrictions since we were dining inside! You do have to cook the entree yourself but there are materials to help you cook your foods for the right amount of time. Our waiter was also super friendly and helpful. It was overall an great experience!

Live this place! Beautiful atmosphere and gluten free options for my allergy. Usually the service is amazing, but at the last visit my server could not grasp the allergy and did keep bringing contaminated food. All issues were rectified, but was a bit frustrating EVERY coarse. Cute dessert as we were celebrating our anniversary. Will be back!

Always a great experience. The Menu is pared down and some favorite items like the sausage have been taken out.

My boyfriend and I drove an hour to The Melting Pot on NYE, had an 8pm reservation and weren’t seated until 9pm. With the NYS 10pm regulation, we were rushed out, although the owner apologized many times and gave us 50% off our Bill and a 50 dollar gift certificate to come back. The waitress was a little kooky and overly friendly, but she was nice. She tried to convince us to not do the 2 for 99, and suggested we cut out the salads and take the dessert to go. Without the four course, it would have been more money. I asked for the salads to go and we ate quickly. Overall, the food was good and the owner was more than accommodating. We will be back!

Went for my daughter’s bday. Didn’t feel we got much for what we paid. You get a few Vegs with the meat and that’s it. Couple small cubes of meat.

Melting Pot is a unique dining experience for those who seek something different. Can be a 3 or 4 course meal, starting with a cheese fondue, the salad, then entree which is an
oil or special sauce liquid that you cook your meat, fish and vegitables. If a 4 course then followed by a chocolate fondue. Fun expereince, only negative a bit pricy and portions are small.

It was good except that it was my son’s birthday in the server forgot to bring him a special birthday dessert

Everything we ordered was better than the last. From hostess to waitress, and the bartender and chefs were top tier! Every one was very kind, and accommodating. 10/10 would definitely come back. It was my first time to having fondue, and it definitely will not be the last! Thank you especially Tatiana and the other waitress (we didn’t get her name she was a cat) for a pleasant evening. My bf and I enjoyed our dinner, and his Halloween bday dinner.

First time dining indoor since NY restaurants reopens. Tried to learn and follow the protocol the right way. I made reservation online instead of walk-in. The server is very good, very informative about every step of the way from health standard to the unique dining experience as this is our first time at Melting Pot. I felt very safe and enjoyed the dinner. Would like to say Thank You. What you do is what keeps us safe and keep coming back.

The server was very nice, polite, and helpful. I have no real complaints except for the fact that our table was so little. It felt pretty cluttered when we had all of our food plates and drinks laid out. I actually spilled my drink on myself reaching over to the fondue pot. The staff was kind enough to give me another drink (free of charge) and gave us new napkin cloths right away. Overall, it was a good night though.

Wonderful as always! Very accommodating and private on lovers lane. As soon as we sat at the table, we weren’t near or see anyone else but our waiter. Felt very comfortable eating inside.

We had the most amazing anniversary dinner this past Sunday. Service was incredible, the area they had us in was intimate, and I honestly could not recommend this specific location any more. 10 out of 10, thank you for such a great experience!

We had the best server named Mindela, she was quick and got everything done exactly right. Excellent evening out, needed in these crazy times.

Seems like this place is going out of business. We got there and were told there was no alcohol "because the new owner is waiting on their liquor license." Then we find out that the restaurant is ONLY offering a 120 dollar per person prix fixe. The manager claimed that this was on the website (it wasn't) Open Table(it only said "offering" not that it was the only menu), and that he had called and left a voicemail telling me (he had not according to my call history, and they had the correct number to call and bother me when we were five minutes late). Just pathetic and bad lying.
